I ‘lari’ kat area rumah je ni.

Masa nak mula lari, kita start RUN kat apps JomRun tu. Ada GPS tracking tu. so bila dah siap lari, kita submit record lari kita.

Kawan sy bukan member forum. But I kenal dia thru online jua. So lepas kenal dia, barulah sy start lazy walk.

Kalau tak, biasa kuak lentang depan tv je.

Dia ada group dia sendiri. Tak igt pula apa nama group dia tu. Nanti sy tanya dia semula.

Tgk apps gak la, rase nye garmin support byk apps tu....
Ramai gak yg saye nampak hp sangkut kat lengan tu tapi kalau lari long distance mmg konfirm jadi berat....

belum lagi busy.. hihihi
finally mak dan ayah saya dah terbuka hati untuk register vaksin.
itupun sbb mak saya bgtau kat ayah, kalau tak vaksin, tak boleh rentas negeri. So cepat2 ayah kata nak vaksin.
Now tgu appointment jelah kat mysejahtera.

then sy create group dlm tu. sy paksa subordinate sy join group tu.
so that sy boleh tgk berapa steps diorg setiap hari..
hahaha
