yer2 betui...sol gel...pakai teknik sol gel huhuhuhu.....ok ni kaedah nye...(tapi yang jisim die still jisim tuk tio2 sbb tukar tajuk bahan jek...)


1.Mg(OC2H5)2, potassium chloride (KCl), ethyl alcohol
2. 0.0596 g potassium chloride + 5 ml deionized water (1)
3. 0.085 ml Mg(OC2H5)2 + into 5 ml ethyl alcohol using magnetic stirrer (transparent solution)
4. 0.02 ml solution was added to the solution (2)-further stirred for 25 min.-(3)
7. observed the solution after a few minut and resulted in mgo beads.
8. then immediately coated onto substrate by spin coater at speed 200rpm. (coated two times)

Tepek la kat sini gambar SEM tu... pi register kat photobucket, pstu upload gambar, copy link, paste kat tool bar yg ada gambar pokok tu (add image)

Masa SEM boleh zoom in/out, jadi zoom la supaya sesuai untuk lihat saiz dia.

XRD analysis tak buat ke?

ooo...ok2 nk kene scan dulu...xrd dah buat dah...tapi yang penting nk tau saiznye nano ke tak...klo tak nano hancuslaaaaaaaaaaaaaa die takleh tau saiz sbb bergumpal
bukan satu satu partikel....mebe cara preparation tuk characterize salah...org yang kat tnb tu suh pakai fibre paper...tula nak try dulu....tapi teknisen tu tadak smpi 11/9 ni...lamenyeeeeeeeeeeeeee

kalau nak MgO, campur 2 bahan yang diberi tuh..dan tiltrate dengan alkali, biasa orang pakai NaOH dan filter, dan panas suhu bawah 100oC sampai kering jadi macam paste, cara terbaik pakai vacuam drying sebab nak nano kan, drying rate kena study jugak.. lepas tuh bakar dalam oven pada suhu tertentu dengan udara, (calcination), itu ler MgO...size particle yang dimaksudkan nano tuh bergantung kepada cara penyediaan, drying method dan calcination temperature...guna TGA, XRD, BET dan SEM..tapi since nak nano, lebih baik crush tuh MgO tuh jadi size bawah 100 mesh..
process itu dinamakan  precipitation.. cari dalam topik  catalyst preparation...

kalau filter can biase je leh tak...hari tu org kat SEM tuh da kasik filter paper...n fibre paper..klo cmtu leh tak...klo campor naoh tak efek ker..alahai..tak pandai ar

aikk.. kalau tak campur/titrate dengan NaOH, macamana nak dapat Mg(OH)2???  Mg(OH)2 yang akan precipatite become small particle, sementara Na-organics akan wujud dalam bentuk solution.. precipitate Mg(OH) tuh nanti filter dengan filter paper dan wash dengan distallate water hingga tiada lagi solution Na-organics.. bila dah basuh tiada ler effect Na..

Mg(OC2H5)2+ ethanol , tiada apa berlaku at room temperature, hanya diguna sebagai bahan pelarut..
