tulah kan. kaka ok kalau organic or even makanan sunnah takde effect buah pinggang atau apa saja . tp benda atau food drink makan good proportion should be ok. tp kalau melantak dengan harap nak sembuh tu takut effect buah pinggang.


makanan supplement tak pernah salah bg kaka cuma kategori dia adalah supplement bukan medicine. kalau nak buat medicine kena buat kajian betul2 . kena ada lab report kena ada test pada patient.


kaka bukan apa kaka kdg kasihan jual harapan palsu yang tanggung derita pesakit.

Pagi :mkn buah dan air suam
Petang: nasi (2 sudu besar je)  + sayur air, cereal  jika masih lapar dan sebiji buah pear
Mlm: oat + susu segar + kismis
( amalan saya utk turunkan colastrol dan kempiskan perut)

Cara berkesan, makan oats.
Iols dah lama tak mkn oats. Sedap mkn oats.. bubuh buah ke kismis ke.. campur madu..

nasi ngn sayur air je ke, ikan tkde ke sis. oat tu oat instant ke, basuh dulu ke tak.

Lemon break the oil je..nothing to do with lowering kolesterol

U mkn bnyk mende berminyak..nk digest take long time..u sluggish lethargy so minum ler air suam buh lemon..tiap kali minum buh slice lemon..good por u

Hang boleh beli samada dlm btk powder, hang kena bancuh la,


Yg ni sedia utk diminum.

Sedap susu ni. Aku suka dia banding anlene.

Oleh krn mata aku ni xmo tido wlu dah lewat pg, aku tlg jwb sikit. Oat ni ada dlm btk quick oats (instant oats) atau rolled oats. Klu nk buat overnight oats, hang guna la quick oats/instant oats ni. Mana ada org basuh oats sblm guna weh.

Kurangkan garam..bio natural salt jek

Cooking salt tu tajammm..dia hakis dinding blood vein..lama lama nk bocorrr..so Allah Maha Bijaksana complement kolestrol jadi plaster!! Tampal lobang! Takyah tunggu KJ jatuh..tu manusia yg serba bodoh n lemah

So korang mkn garam bnyk lagi dia dok kikis n kolestrol come n tempek..laaama lama? Clogged blood vein laa..sumbat saluran darah..abis la jantung dok pam kuat lagi nk push darah jalan..heart attack laa

Tu satu contoh dari amik too much salt..esp cooking salt...pakai garam bukit la..epsom salt..amik skit sebelum mkn mcm nabi buat..pastu baru mkn..so klo mkn tadak buh garam pun ko rasa bergaram aaaa..ok
