sedap..smpai pagi tadi pon saya breakfast laksam lagi..sbb kuah ader lebih..saya bancuh tepung utk buat laksam..puas ati saya kali neh makan laksam

sabtu lepas, buat laksam ikut resepi kak noor yg dimodified norita. buat 2 bungkus tepung beras utk adik bawak balik seremban..naik lenguh kaki 2 jam bdiri tepi dapur



lenguh bdiri berbaloi, bila setiap org 2 round makan laksam sementara nak balik seremban

isk... bestnya laksam... lama x mkn... dh 3 bln x blk tganu... homesick... ngan foodsick skali... heheh..
x brani lg nk try wat laksam nih.. kuah putih tuh reti dh buat... mkn ngan laksa... tp nk buat laksam xde konpiden la...

biasanya kegunaan air kapur ni utk mengentalkan sesuatu adunan esp klau kuih/makanan yg guna tepung beras...
guna pun skit aje..
so klau nak omit xde masalah

buat guna cili kering pung sedappp tau..cili kering tu rebus dulu..toskan..mesin..pastu nak wat ala sambal belacan pun boleh..dak pun wat je cam stail org ganu...cili mesin dgn belacan di asingkan..bila nak makan...amik je secoet
