What is After School’s dorm like?
Despite their different age groups, After School still all share a dorm just like any other idol group.
When asked about how the eight of them live together in one dorm, they answered in detail about their dorm lives.
There are four rooms, the members explained. Because there are eightmembers, you’d think each room has two people but that’s not the case. Raina, Nana and Lizzy share one room. Jooyeon and Becca share a room. UEE and Jungah share a room. And of course big unnie and leader Kahi has a room to herself. She said, “The younger ones give me first choice.”
Since they have so many members, they take care of most mealsindividually; however, when they are eating in, Jungah is the mainchef.
Becca commented, “When you hear ham being grilled, you knowJungah unnie is in the kitchen. Then the members who are all in theirroom get their chopsticks and come together at the dinner table.”

After School’s Nana revealed some inner thoughts on her style and her look.
Duringa short interview at a studio photoshoot, Nana started off bymentioning her height, “I was originally a model so my height is 171cm.”{:3_84:}
Whilst millions of girls would probably kill to be her height, Nanarevealed her insecurities and wariness of her tall appearance. Shelaughed it off by saying, ”When I stand on stage, I wear heels tooso I feel really uncomfortable. Kahi unnie is tall, too, but she has apresence that makes her style come to life, but I’m too skinny so Ilook impoverished.”
One thing that Nana knows for certain is her favorite style. She revealed her simplicity through her style, saying, “Everybodylikes the simple and casual style. I like wearing vintage. Ripped baggyjeans, slightly dirtied campus loafers, a big baggy tee, I like thatkind of style.”

Netizens Vote on the Most Ideal Baseball Cheerleader
Korean music site ‘monkey3’ recently asked its visitors an interesting question for their latest poll.
Netizens were asked to name an idol girl group member whom they thoughtwould make a successful baseball cheerleader. Can you guess who rackedup 5% of the votes?
It’s none other than Wonder Girl’s Sohee! The mandoo-cheeked maknae of the group was nominated as the most ideal baseball cheerleader 56 times. Meanwhile, After School’s fierce leader Gahee swept up 9% of the total votes and came in sixth place, and 10% went to T-ara’s beautiful vocalist Hyomin when asked to answer this question.
In third place was yet another After School member, UEE! 23% of the interviewed netizens wanted to see her out on the field, cheering for her team. With 270 votes, 4minute’s main rapper Hyunah got away with just 1% more of the votes than UEE. And the official winner for this particular survey happened to be… KARA’s Nicole! With 319 nominations, 29% of participating netizens chose the rapper as the best idol girl group cheerleader.
KARA has been doing quite well lately with their promotions for ‘Lupin,’partially due to their unique choreography and new concept. It lookslike all of Nicole’s dancing onstage has inspired smitten fans to wantto see her out at games, encouraging her team to score those home runs!

She’s been absent from After School’s comeback performances and we’ve even had a UEE look-alike pop out of nowhere! But we know you’re all anxiously waiting for the real UEE to come back. So where in the world is she?
This After School diva has recently been busy filming her new drama ‘Birdie Buddy’, a golf-themed drama in which she stars as one of the main characters. ‘Birdie Buddy’is based off a popular manhwa (Korean term for comic book) and UEEplays a tomboy striving to become a golf champion. UEE’s schedule hasbeen filled with golf practice and she’s definitely giving it her allfor this role. Check out UEE and the rest of her ‘Birdie Buddy’ cast mates in this recent press conference.
But with a vigorous ‘Birdie Buddy’ filming schedule for theentire month of April, will UEE continue to be MIA? UEE’s company, viatelephone interview, told fans that “UEE has been spending her timerecently practicing golf for her filming of ‘Birdie Buddy’. But she isjust as eager for her singer activities as part of After School.”
UEE certainly has a lot on her plate right now! She may be missingfrom the public eye, but we know she’s working hard to put on a goodperformance for us in the future. Before you know it, UEE will be inthe spotlight once again!
