Penghawa Dingin Super Air Jet Tak Berfungsi, Penumpang Menangis Basah Mandi Peluh

Penumpang penerbangan Super Air Jet dari Bali ke Jakarta, Indonesia gelisah selepas bermandi peluh akibat penghawa dingin tidak berfungsi pada Rabu.
Berdasarkan video dimuat naik salah seorang penumpang, @velypuspa menceritakan pengalamannya kepanasan dalam pesawat kerana penghawa dingin rosak.

"Bayangkan berada dalam pesawat yang mengalami masalah penghawa dingin selama sejam 50 minit di atas udara.
" esawat pula dipenuhi dengan penumpang dengan udara yang tidak mencukupi dan panas! Ada ibu mengandung, kanak-kanak dan bayi!
"Malah ada yang terpaksa membuka pelitup muka dan baju kerana kepanasan," tulisnya.
Turut kelihatan penumpang lain bermandi peluh akibat kepanasan dan anak-anak kecil menangis kerana tidak tahan dengan situasi tersebut.
Sementara itu, Ketua Pengarah Super Air Jet, Ari Azhari memohon maaf kepada semua penumpang yang terlibat dalam kejadian tersebut.
Katanya, kejadian tersebut berlaku ketika kapal terbang mencapai ketinggian lebih 9,000 meter di atas permukaan laut.
"Ketika kejadian, berlaku masalah teknikal yang melibatkan sistem tekanan udara di kabin tidak berfungsi sehingga juruterbang terpaksa menurunkan ketinggian pesawat.
"Gangguan ini menyebabkan suhu udara di kabin menjadi lebih tinggi dari yang sepatutnya," katanya dalam satu kenyataan.
Tambah Ari lagi, pihaknya tidak boleh berkongsi maklumat lanjut mengenai masalah yang dialami oleh kapal terbang berkenaan dan akan menjalankan siasatan lanjut untuk mencari punca sebenar.
"ihak kami akan menjalankan siasatan terperinci dan sekiranya pesawat ini dalam keadaan baik, ia akan dibenarkan untuk terbang semula," katanya.
