[GTV]Skip-Beat! - SiWon, DongHae, Ivy Chen, Bianca Bai [Dec 2011]

Super Junior’s Choi Siwon and Donghae are cast together in the Taiwanese drama “Fancy Challenge.” Since last April the drama has been filming in Taiwan.
The drama is based on “Skip Beat” which is a Japanese comic book that is popular in Japan and also Korea. The basic storyline is that the female main character enters the world of celebrities for revenge and talks about the different conflicts and love that happens. It will be broadcast on Taiwan’s GTV.
Choi Siwon plays the role of Don Ha Ryun who is a top celebrity actor that has all the skills and popularity, Donghae plays the role of “Bul Pa Sang” who has musical talent but is self-centered playboy.
Kyoko: Ivy Chen
Shes’ the protagonist in Skip Beat. Sho and her have been friends since childhood, and she’s harbored feelings for him just as long. Knowing she likes him, he tells her he’s leaving for the city and she immediately throws away everything to follow him. She goes to school there, and takes on multiple jobs to pay his rent and living expenses. After he establishes himself, he moves in with his manager, who he treats much nicer than he treats her. Kyoko is extremely hurt, and this turn of events completely shattter her selfless character. Now, she’s a revenge-craving maniac determined to enter the world of show business and surpass Sho. She’s also completely unaware of anyone’s feelings for her, seeing as how she’s incredibly dense. Ren: Siwon
is a very tall, handsome, and mysterious celebrity who is awkward when trying to express his emotions. He takes the acting industry very seriously, and thinks very rationally. Ren is regarded as the celebrity with the best looks and singing talent, and nearly always ranked #1 in any preference poll. He has a very polite and ideal outer shell, unless he’s with Kyoko. He constantly loses his manners in front of her, and gets irritated with her “impure” reasons for joining the acting industry (revenge on Sho). They meet beause she joins Sho’s rival agency, which happens to be the same on Ren’s signed on to. Sho: Donghae
Sho’s a nickname for him, he dislikes his real name because it sound old-fashioned. He’s seen as a haughty and arrogant idol with great musical talent, and manipulates Kyoko into following him to start his career. Although he seems to have no feelings for her in the beginning, they were friends for a long time and he does care for her (though not as much as she wants him to). Although they’re friends, he’s willing to do anything for a successful career and throws their relationship away. After seeing the “new” Kyoko, he realizes he does have feelings for her, he’s always paid no attention to her because she was too innocent and naive. He’s now in a battle with Ren for Kyoko’s heart.

gosh....x nak menaruh harapan atas drama ni walaupun tau manga ni mmg popular kat jepun...dan kita semua for sure suara akan dub or else SiWon pergunakan kebolehan dia bercakap mandarin tu...
hmm...sedih lak sbb mula2 citer ni nak keluar dulu sepatutnya pelakon dia adalah Jerry Yan and Ariel Lin tapi last minute dibatalkan disbbkan ada problem script gan producer Jepun... |
