Basic Cupcake Class

Salam warga melaka,
Dynamic Learning Centre akan menganjurkan satu kelas membuat cupcakes pada awal Februari ini. Sesape yg berminat boleh pm or call me.

Class Date: 06-Feb-2010
Time: 10.30 am to 2.30 pm or until everyone finish.
Lunch is provided.
Promotion Price: *** per person. (Contact me for price)
Maximum 5 students per class.
Just bring along your own apron.

Class includes:
1.Measuring, mixing dough until baking.
2.Step by step of making buttercream icing (+ recipe for ganache).
3.Decoration of 16 cupcakes with buttercream, ganache, piping gel and fondant.
(12 guided & 4 freestyles cup cakes).
4.Recipes are provided.
5.Cup cakes decorated are to be taken home.

me tak amik order utk cupcakes...masih dlm proses belajar dgn cikgu ni, tak berani lagi....
kang tak lawa buttercream & fondant design, me tak puas hati......

kalo choc moist cake tu boleh ler....
