Hi uols. Tadi kemalangan, kereta aku nak belok tak perasan plak ada motor. Habis la tepi kereta. Bumper kereta jatuh. Kesian budaknya patah kaki rasanya. Motor barai gak tu tengok. Dalam ramai2 orang berkerumun aku pun kelam kabut semua call ambulans selamat la budak tu di transfer ke hospital.
Kemudian aku pun masuk kereta nak setel hal aku plak. Baru teringat lesen expired pulak. pegi dgn husband aku renew lesen kt pjbt pos. Dah buat report polis, polis pun x keluarkan saman lagi sebab tunggu family budak tu report dan xde mention pun berkenaan renew lesen tu.
Hantar dokumen pegi center utk settlekan claim insuran. kat sini masalah aku. Agak2 kan boleh claim tak insuran aku tu memandangkan masa accident tu actually lesen aku dah mati. Orang tu minta resit aku renew. masa renew & accident tu x cun plak. accident pukul 10, renew pukul 11. Tapi aku x bagi lagi resit tu.
sape2 pernah ada pengalaman? Maaf la penerangan panjang lebar sebab aku tak boleh tidur memikirkan hal ni.
aku xpe pun kalau guna insurans sendiri.ncd 0 pun xpe la dah memang salah aku. cuma risau x boleh claim. Lagi satu kalau x boleh claim insurans, aku kena byr repair motor budak tu jgk ke?
Mcm mana dgn kos perubatan dia kat hospital? aku kena tanggung ke? |

Kalau pihak insuran tu siasat detail, akan ada masalah...sebab kalau lesen dah mati automatik semua TIDAK VALID, termasuk insuran dan roadtak |

sis, based on you case,, insurance company akn check your car tu cover apa, i mean msa renewed insurance tu,, klo comprehensive, means insurance company akn tanggung third party property damage..
tp klo 1st party or act only, nmpk nya kereta you ja laa insurance bayar as long as hntr dekat panel workshop
its depends on how the claim handler handle your case, either you bayar dulu then claim insurance, or insurance company byr direct dkt panel workshop.. tp still take time, maybe claim handler akn appoint adjuster tuk check your car, how much need to pay and so on, as long as within your sum insured..
but i think, for your case,, which is motorcycle, maybe budak tu blh bg rsit repair motor dkt you and you claim with your insurance as long as comprehensive coverage. just, prepare the complete documents ya..

betul tu, kami as claim handler xblh sng sng approved claim, kami akn siasat every details and either comply the policy or not,, lg lg klo kami appoint adjuster tuk evaluate the cost, so adjuster akn check from A to Z.

Oh ye ke mod. Scary plak. Dalam policy ada ayat bawah tu berkenaan expired lesen. Mod boleh tak huraikan kalau faham. 40 kali mentelaah word tu
ose already listed in Sections A1b (see pages 5 and 6) and B1b (see pages 7 and 8).
1. Unlicensed Drivers
There is no cover under this Policy if You or Your Authorised Driver do not have a valid driving licence to drive Your Car. This will not apply if You or Your Authorised Driver have an expired licence but are not disqualified from holding or obtaining such driving licence under any existing laws, by-laws and regulations. |

Mesti uols pandai baca policy kan? Kalau mcm ni apa maksudnya utk expired lesen tu ye?

memang la takde report an ...
Sblm ambulance sampai family dia dh ada kt situ. Kalau dia x boleh, rasa family dia boleh buat report kan beb? Ke memang kena dia je yg buat? Serius ni soalan ikhlas. Lagi 1 report kena buat dlm masa 24 jam kan? |

report dalam masa 24jam tu betul..but tak tau orang lain boleh report on behalf or ada pengecualian kalau cedera kena masuk hospital..

haa tu dah terang dia explain, sekiranya pemandu yg tidak berlesen atau lesen dah expired tidak boleh claim apa2..

my advice...cuba pegi cari budak tu kat hospital, kalau jumpa bincang dgn dia macamana dia nak buat....samada dia nk claim insuran atau settle luar, kalau boleh ajak dia settle luar saja...so takyah nak panjang2 kan cerita...kalau budak tu tak pegi report polis sy rasa budak tu pun takde lesen, atau moto takde roadtak... |

Ohh..ingatkan maksud dia kalau lesen expired x termasuk dalam policy ni. So still boleh claim..adus haha |

Kesian dia.. Kalau dia xnk claim insuran sy pun memang nak bagi duit pun kt dia. Sy pun xde la kaya sgt..Mungkin bagi rm500 ok tak? Tp mcm x cukup utk motor dia. Tapi xnak la tanggung byk2 jgk sebab insuran sendiri pun mcm x boleh claim.
Tapi kalau buat diam mcm x sedap hati plak lagipun kami satu taman. Tak esok lusa tahun2 depan jumpa jugak kereta saya tu. family dia ada je no saya tp xde siapa pun call. Ke biarkan je..ala pening la |
