External Hard Disk tak detect

Salam,saya guna WD My Passport Ultra 512GB..lepas saya cucuk kat PC customer untuk presentation dan masa tu PC tu pakai Virtual OS, terus hard disk saya tak detect kat mana2 PC.Puas google tapi semua tak jadi.
Taknak format sebab banyak folder kerja dengan peribadi kat dalam tu.
Boleh tolong tak nak buat camane?

hardisk rosak agaknya. ataupon komponen casing.
samada boleh kopek hardisk tu try kat casing lain. ataupon hantar waranti

seriously bukan hard disk rosak..ni software problem..

try cucuk kat linux..
1. download ubuntu
2. ikut step buat bootable ubuntu kat usb
3. start ubuntu.
4. cucuk passport.
5. kalau dpt baca, backup semua file.

eject properly x mase kt vm? kt x eject properly, vm still recognized hdd
sebagai 1 dripada linux kernel ...

check kt bios, detect x usb tu. klu detect , cri software yg boleh search and mount partition. repair dari stu.

salam...dulu penah ader 1TB cucuk kt cc..os gner windows. blik umah cucuk kt laptop trus tk detect... check kt dh berposak gner software ngan linux kasi detect kt portable tu..tk jugak...cek kt device manager ader detect siap activate enable lagi...kesudahan dah fedap...bwk gi centre dier...hntr skali tukar baru...dia stiap hard disk ker portable ker pendrive ker...ader satu component display tu rosak.. kesudahannyer tukar la bru..mnagis nk dptkan blik data smuer..:'(

i guna seagate ultra slim.

mmg byk pc taksupport bukan sbb software sgt.
kadang2 kene terbalikkan hdd tu.
biasanya guna cable tebal baru detect.
setakat guna data cable hempon jarang2 detect.

kalu pc ada usb 3.0 mmg tross detect.

siape pernah pakai toshiba hard disk sebelum ni?
2TB RM328 ok tak?
