YES 4G - End User Complaint How Bad the Service

Would like share the experience when using the YES network. Wishto inform you never ever consider to register YES 4G internet service provider.You will feel regret the service they provide. I sign on the online package20Mbps speed for 20GB monthly quote for RM158, in the contract committed speedable to achieve 4 to 6Mbps. Initially I use the internet for browsing withoutany issue, but when I use for the TV Box to watch the VDO or IP TV start tobuffering. I feel very strange, then I start to trace the network speed, foundthe network speed is worst then my smartphone Digi 3G Network.

Checked on the contract YES service provider committed thenetwork speed is 4 to 6Mbps. The speed I detect is 1Mbps to 3Mbps, the Max Ionly achieved 3.5Mbps then drop again. No meaning I get the RM158 package, justget the 1M unlimited usage package RM78 monthly.They claim that my area any building blockingwill cause the speed drop. I only answer them my area is full coverage, modemsignal is 4 bar, and taller building is double story terrace, more higher iscoconut tree. End out they no solution claim is my area too many people usercause the station bandwidth drop. Station bandwidth drop is end user problem?YES given the answer is 3 weeks times to upgrade the station bandwidth system.(Remark: The system can doing upgrade also can downgrade, once no peoplecomplaint downgrade again)

I do asking YES is fail to fulfill they contract, I suggest to terminate mycontract tie for 24 months. But YES don’t accept it claim that you tie withthem 2 year contract.

1.      Complain make through the phone customer careand service center never have solution. They only given you the answer ourspecialist is looking on your matter, then simply closing your complain reportnumber. The complaint # YES-974975 and YES-962625.

2.      I did many times of complain until counterpeople look at me try escape me, the Northern region Service Center Mr. Ananadvice try make complain through the MCMC.

3.      After make complain to the MCMC and CFM portal, YESthe technical PR start to doing they work then trace on usage quota record noyour speed record. They claim that me able to finish the internet quotaconsider they network no problem. Why they never trace on the speed record, theSMDR (System Message Detail Record) for what purpose?

4.      The funny part is the MCMC & CFM portal, Ihope they able help me to counter the Telco companies to come out the win-winsolution. They just see the report from Telco copy and paste for me. Come On Ineed the solution not the Post Man passing me the message like this. Stupidpeople.

5.      Have to let more people complain through theMCMC & CFM, let YES telco company “Gantung Lisence”.   
I’m victim too. Do complaincorrect channel through MCMC and CFM link below, if you unable resolve with yourTelco service provider issue. Let the government sector to counter them. Doforward this message for the YES victim.

Hi casey, I experienced the same issue from YES too, did you manage to terminate the contract or get any form of reimbursement from YES?
