kalau php celah mana nak tengok code url? kena pakai sql injection nak godek php. php bukan semua data simpan kt server fail. jadi bukan semua blh dapat.

[*]Once again right click your browser where the survey show up
[*]In Inspect Element bar, right click in the blue colour line than chose delete node

Boleh pakai adblock plus sebagai addon pada firefox atau chrome.
Method guna inspect element berguna tapi kalau reload balik page tu, dia akan keluar balik. Perlu tengok keadaan, mungkin kalau javascript, boleh pakai noscripts addon.
