macam mana nak kecikkan punggung?

aku baru notice yang punggung aku ni besar(takde la besar gila)
last time masa nak pakai baju raya , masuk semua ok tang nak masuk kt punggung mesti ketat
mungkin sbb kerja asyik duduk je

so ada nasihat tak?
akak akak yang cantik sila comment

saya pon kerja duduk je,tp dari dulu smp skarang sama aje saiz nya..hu hu

mungkin sebab pemakanan kot,kurangkan makanan berlemak,banyak minum air suam..
pastu ko cuba lah exercise yang mudah kat opis tu cth:naik turun tangga ke,
parking jauh sikit dari opis..

ko cuba a buat senaman freeletics yang terkini tu (MHI ada buat liputan),

Freeletics is a very intense workout. Nampak senang tapi penat giler bila buat.

1st week tu mmg rasa nak give up jer. Kalau tak kuat mental, mmg gagal separuh jalan ler
