Mornink.. Ak nk tnya pakar2 kt cni, pasal tuntutan loss of use.. Last week kete aku knr langgar, so seminggu lebih kt bengkel... So kte boleh buat tuntutan ini x..? Da org ckp leh claim if kte byr deposit kt bengkel tue.. Masalahnye ak xbyr pe2 lh, coz claim third party... Tuntutan nie ibarat mcm bayaran teksi utk urusan g kije ke or pe2.. So xda spe2 nk thu x pasal benda nie..? N syarat2 die utk claim... Tq |
