Indian Zodiac Signs
The term "Jyotih" in Sanskrit refers to the traditional astrology used in India, known as Indian Zodiac Signs. Jyotish, which translates to "light," is the sacred science and art of the stars in the sky as well as the light of consciousness within. The placement of the 12 signs and 9 planets in each of the 12 houses is determined by the time of birth. A horoscope is a visual representation of the snapshot of the planets and signs.
