Plotmacam tergesa-gesa....dan biasa sahaja, ada orang jahat, kemudian lawan, lawan dan...org jahat tewas.. Yalah, mungkin disebabkan sejarah soperman ni agak panjang, nak di pendekan jadik ~2 hrs , so, pengarah ambil bahagian-bahagian penting aje. . Nolan telah meletakkan watak Lana Lang untuk memperkuatkan plot zaman keremajaan Clark Kent aka Kal -el..1 jam pertama memang banyak berbual dan plot slow,pas masuk 1 jam setengah , action mula berlaku dengan begitu banyak dan bertubi2i. Menarik. emang, hampir sama dengan cerita sopermen yang asal cumanya dicanggih manggihkan dengan visual CGI dan ditambah action mengikut peredaran zaman.
Kesan khas yang DAHSYAT.. memang sesuai untuk di tonton kat IMAX.. muzik latarblakang jugak sangat menarik, memang memberikan" mood"dalam kebanyakan babak.. Henry Calvill,pada awalnya seorang yang selekeh, berambut panjang,berjambang lepas dapat baju superman penampilan terus bertukar, agak pilik dan bila tiada "transition" masa bertambah pelik.Kekeliruan akan berlaku bila plot flash back dan plot sekarang tidak dimaklumkan atau dibezakan melalui bentuk visual. Kalau tak fokussss,...meme korang akan keliru, bila watak-wayak Clark Kent masa kecil saling bertindan-tindan membuatkan kamo semua, sedikit pening.Untuk keseluruhan,cerita soperman kali ini memang memberikan kelainan dari segi kemusnahan yang lebeh hebat (CGI) itu ajerstatic/image/smiley/default/biggrin.gifSo, kalau anda nak tahu macam mana hebak soperman dlam, Men Of Steel, bolehlah... pi tengok

For me, this is the best mobie of this year. If I would need to give a rate, then I have no hesitation at all to give this mobie a perfect score of 10/10... Pls ignore the rating given by me earlier on (which was 9/10)
Come on peoples, the movie itself called Man of Steel and not Superman. As such, do not expect the mobie will follow the original version of Superman. And if the script & storyline exactly following the original version of superman, I'm sure... the movie will be the same as Superman released yesteryears.... no differences as compared to other adiwira movies that we watched in 1990s... 2000s... e.g. Batman... Spiderman etc... and the stroyline surely predictible. In otherword, if the movie follows its original mould, believe me... the movie will simply shows us a lot of action, fighting, battling etc which is BORING, VERY TYPICAL and PREDICTIBLE...
Below is my brief rebiu of Man of Steel:
For me, MOS simply the best and super duper awesome. No dragging at all and every scene was told perfectly.
1st part of the mobie, the audiences were told the real grass root of Kar El. Who was him actually, who was his parent, who killed his parent, why Crypton destroyed, why his parent sending him to earth... and most importantly, why Zod hunting Kar El sampai lubang cacing...
2nd part of the mobie, the audiences were brought to travel along with Kar El in his way to search his real grass root:
~ He'd travelling across the nation to find the clue and hint where, what, how...a.k.a starting point to find his real self...
~ Along the way, his past life were shared with the audiences in the form of flash back memories (which were delivered in very effective way) the internal dilema, struggle that Kar El was facing with due to his special abilities, his abnormalities which obviously made him so special and difference as compared to normal human being. The flash back memories also being used to tell the audiences how his foster parent met him at the first place, taking care of him with full of love and protecting him from being abused and harrashed by human by keep telling, advising and reminding him to stay low profile, never show his special ability in what ever circumstances as his foster parent knew that once the whole world knew that Kar El so special... Kar El will not be able to live in peace.
The scene where his foster father sacrificed himself by being sucked into the tornado and signalling to Kar El not to save him, for me that scene was one of the most touching part. Kar El saw his father died just in front of his eyes and he was shouting and screaming ...helplessly :'(
3rd part of the mobie, where Kar El finally found the starting point to initiate his action to investigate the real of himself which led him to meet his real father, Jar El. Actually, he met his father's spirit in the crypton ancient spacecraft which was embbeded in the ice for almost 20,000 years by using the 'key' that his father put along in the space shuttle which brought Kar El to earth when he was a baby. After meeting his father, only then Kar El started to know the whole situation and story. This is the part as well where Kar El first to meet Lois Lane.
4th part of the mobie, the climax of the mobie where Zod comes to earth to hunt for Kar El. The fighting... battling in between Kar El and human being vsZod's team were shown in incredible... remarkable and awesome way... love the fighting scene very much. And of course Kar El and human being won finally. Zod team was sent to the black hole whilst Jod was left behind on earth. The fighting in between Kar El and Zod was full of action and awesomeness...
The scene where Kar El had to make a difficult decision by choosing to kill Zod to save human was so touching. Kar El had to kill his own spesis to save other spesis and that really hurt Kar El's feeling... his heart was badly wrencing... He was shouting and crying :'(
Overall, for me .. MOS is one of the best mobie I ever watched in my entire life. I can feel what Kar El feel ... in his quest & search to find the real of him... his past memories with his foster father ... the love of his foster parent toward him ... his first encounter with his real father.... his love toward his foster mom :'(. He was so blessed to be found by Kent's family who really taking care of him with full of love, protect him and totally understood what Jar El wanted them to do with Kar El. A lot of emotion attached ...:'(
The battle and fighting parts were also being protrayed in very effective way and awesome. Full of action ...
Toward end of the mobie, Kar el finally becoming Clark Kent, a reporter for Daily Planet which I believe ... to give a hint and clue that there will be a sequel of this mobie in the future...

unless kalo you all jenis nak detail sesangat... rasa nolan no problem to do so.. tapi kena ler buat cam harry potter last sequel.. ada part 1 and part 2 ... sanggup ker nak menunggu???? :sweat3:

So far apa yang aku boleh review, gaya storytelling man of steel ni mmg kita akan ada rasa sentuhan Nolan yang terkenal dengan gaya penceritaan "non-linear"nya.
Babak awal di krypton paling aku suka dgn russel crowe sebagai lead character. Dalam babak awal, russel crowe...mmg pukul habes laa berlakon jadi bapak superman ni. And cinematography movie ni pun paling best dekat krypton. Memang nampak laa planet tu tengah nazak kehabisan sumber mineralnya...dengan binatang yang hidup kat situ pun, rare2 belaka.(teringat aku pada filem avatar). Dan aku rasa, warner bros should consider to make spin off about cerita pasal planet krypton ni.
Then, babak waktu clark kecik sampai remaja tu dengan Pa and Ma kent laa yang paling menyentuh hati sekali. First, yang waktu ma kent tenangkan clark waktu dekat sekolah. Second, Serius sedih waktu bapak angkat dia mati dekat puting beliung tu. Aku boleh samakan situasi kematian pa kent ni dengan bapak kita yang tua contohnya, then dapat penyakit kronik yang boleh bawak mati,tapi bapak kita kata tak payah susah2 habiskan duit nak selamatkan nyawanya. Lebih baik simpan duit rawatan tu untuk anak-anak je.
Waktu babak lawan, hmm aku boleh kata, aksinya lebih hebat berbanding avengers. Cuma bagi aku, terlampau brutal sgt laa adegan superman lawan dengan villlain-villain dalam cerita ni. Destruction yang zack snyder visualkan memang kalah dengan destruction yang ada dalam cerita ultraman. And ada sampai satu masa, aku agak boring pulak tengoknya. Mungkin dah masuk scene ni la, ramai pengkritik tak berapa nak suka. Sebab tu la, ada yang berpendapat cerita superman kali ni terlampau cgi sangat. Tapi ada jugak fan2 komik superman yang suka zack snyder buat macam tu, sbbnya...off course la, superman kot. Takkan nak buat lawan macam batman dalam filem dark knight pulak kan. Dan dekat sini jugak aku tertanya-tanya, kalau betul warner nak bikin justice league movie, macam mana laa batman nak adapt lawan villain dalam justice league tu. I mean, kalu nak bawak masuk christian bale jadi batman balik, aku rasa, versi batman nolan...amatlah tak sesuai untuk join dalam universe superman kali ni. So. "new" batman adalah option yang paling sesuai utk warner bros, kalau nak bawak masuk batman berganding dgn superman untuk next filem.
Dan easter egg yang sempat aku tengok, belakang body treler yang tertera perkataan LexCorp. Manakala, logo wayne enterprise dekat satelit(waktu superman lawan dengan zod) seperti dinyatakan oleh fan2 komik superman...takde pulak aku perasan. So, bolehlah kita assume yang next villain utk filem superman nanti, kemungkinan besar adalah Lex Luthor.
Overall, aku rate filem ni...8.0/10.0. Budak kecik pun aku rasa akan suka tgk versi superman kali ni.
Harapan aku untuk sekuel(kalau ada laa)...pengarahnya eloklaa ditukar dengan orang lain coz aku rasa, kalu betul warner bros nak bikin justice league, better simpan zack snyder ni untuk jadi pengarahnya. Zack ni aku tengok, terlampau gah sangat cgi nya sampai first movie pun, dia bagi kaw-kaw punya cgi action dekat superman ni. So ahli forumer sekalian, ayuh serbu ke pawagam sekarang menonton filem ni. And kalu ada duit lebih tu, layan le juge filem melayu. Aku rasa lepas ni aku nak tengok filem pecah pulak:D

Biler kryptonian sampai ke bumi, badan mereka diresapi oleh radiasi matahari menyebabkan badan mereka menjadi kuat, deria rasa mereka menjadi lebih sensitif dan graviti bumi agak lemah menyebabkan mereka menjadi ringan biler berada di bumi...
Destruction tu mostly disebabkan oleh mesin yang Zod bawak untuk menukar permukaan bumi dan atmosfera bumi utk membolehkan kryptonian hidup di bumi.
The battle and fighting in between Kar El vs. Zod dan Zod's team menyebabkan severe destruction pun acceptable jugak ... sebab kryptonian, biler dah sampai bumi... kan mereka dah bertukar menjadi 'steel' ... :lol:
Aku suka movie nie sebab ... gabungan permainan emosi.... action .... battle ... fighting were blended very well... tak doknya scene2 yang merapu tah apa apa...
Based on my own experiences, kalo director nak sesuatu mobie tu tol tol effective dan meninggalkan kesan kepada audiences, audiences kena diajak bermain emosi jugak... jgn dok exposed ngan awesome fighting and battling jer... and this is what I can see from MOS. Why this movie was so special, sebab audiences can feel what kar El feel.... scene Kar El ngan mak angkat & bapak angkat dia selalu menyentuh perasaan aku ... :'(. Scene Kar El terpaksa reveal diri dia yang sebenarnya untuk menyelamatkan manusia jugak teramat menyentuh perasaan ... sampai bapak angkat dia cakap, tak payah ler nak reveal or act utk menyelamatkan manusia sebab dia tak akan mampu utk menyelamat kesemua manusia yang ada kat sekeliling dia. At this time, nampak Kar El memberontak dan tak bersetuju ngan bapakangkat dia... seolah olah bapak angkat dia kijam. Tetapi biler bapak angkat dia terkorban kerana disedut oleh Tarnado dan memberi isyarat kepada Kar El to stay still under the bridge with the rest including his foster mom and do not act anything to save him, owh... that scene mmg teramat touching :'(. Kalo ikutkan kar El senang jer nak save bapak angkat dia.... tapi bapak angkat dia rela mengorbankan diri dia agar orang2 lain yang berada dibawah jambatan tu tak tahu kelebihan yang ada pada kar El ...

ok ni review aku utk movie superman.
superman ni pendpt aku bukan stakat reboot dah, tp da mcm fanfiction. meaning lupekan la konsep asal superman yg kite tau, mr goody and serba serbi perfect tu. clark kent kali ni lebih emosi, fragile dan kisah hidup die lebih sedih. he's more to a human than a kryptonian. leh dilihat pd adegan dlm bar, yg die pegi rosakkan trak driver yg kurang ajar ngan die tu. aku rs superman yg lama tak wat mcm tu kot? :lol: dan superman yg lama pun takdenye pengarah yg berani nk tonjolkan superman ni jadi mangsa buli sbb heols kan dah ala ala american hero utk warga amerika. so aku faham kalau kipas susah mati superman agak kuciwa ngan penjelmaan clark kent/superman yg baru ni.
overall cerita die tak brape susah nk paham pun. tp ntah aku rs mcm ade beberapa elemen dlm filem ni yg mengingatkn aku pada something. adegan battlefield kt metropolis ni dan krypton kene serang dengan jeneral zod, mak aih mcm penah nampak la dlm filem sucker punch. tp aku maafkan sbb pengarah die sama. sbb filem ni menonjolkan makhluk asing serupa manusia berlawan, jadi kekdg aku rs dah mcm kartun plak aksi lawan-lawan diorg nih. laju sgt. mcm mengerikan pun hade. yg wat aku geramla manusia-manusia yg dh tau bangunan nk runtuh, ade alien dtg menyerang, larilah wei. yg korg tercongok je kt situ tercengang watpe? :huffy
aku kasi 3.5 out of 5 bintang utk filem nih. kekdg aku rs adegan flashback tu takyah ade pun takpe. kisah clark kent restart dr zaman dr kecik. maybe pengarah nk kasi twist n turn skit pd filem ni nk kasi nmpk complicated. tp aku rs kureeennggg berjaya kt situ.

ok per.. dah tengok tadi.. walaupun muvi ni tak memerlukan aku memberi fokus yg tinggi sewaktu tayangan sbgmana aku tonton cerita Inception, Watchmen dan The Dark Knight (nak kena mention gak bagi nampak cerdik sket :lol:), muvi ni cukup menghiburkan bagi aku despite all its seriousness and darkness.. ini je yg paling penting pada aku.
cinematografi filem ni cun, lighting dan angle2 kamera semasa flashback2 tu nampak dramatik. review banyak yg tak puas hati sebab harapan lebih kepada plotline and character development, tapi yg keluar banyak letop sana letop sini. Orang2 lama yg kritik lebih2 ni kena paham market sekarang memang lebih kepada filem yg penuh special efek.. sekarang zaman teknologi, dan CGI yg maju pon boleh jadik faktor penarik dan kekuatan sesuatu filem. yelah... bayar tiket mahal2 nak tengok drama swasta wat pe.. :lol:
character2 boleh tahan la.. walaupun majoriti buat aku "heh" dan tak kisah.. ada character yg boleh buat connection dengan aku seperti keluarga Kal-el (blood and adopted) dan General Zod. aku hampir menangis bila Lara terpaksa lepaskan anak dia pergi.. perjuangan Zod pulak mengingatkan aku kepada perjuangan Magneto. Lois Lane pon cerdik orang dia, dapat menyiasat sampai jumpa siapa sebenarnya penyelamat dia.. bukan watak damsel in distress aje ar..
macam mana Clark bercukur ek? pakai laser beam ke? :lol:

dalam cerita ni dia kata dia boleh create singularity.. ok la.. aku percaya je sebab diorang boleh space travel dan terraforming so create black hole apa la sangat :lol:...
tapi convenient sungguh black hole yg dia cipta tu makan apa yg patut je sebelum turn off dengan magik nya :lol:... tapi aku tak kisah sangat detail2 tu...
sebelum ni aku seloroh nak ulas filem ni dgn kaitkan quantum mechanics, nak kena buat jugak ke {:runo.. .larik....

wow...impress of ur review.... same with me this is the best movie of 2013.... one of the best superhero mobie oke... die balance...tk too dark dan berfalsafah, twist mcm dark knight yg bagi aku sgt boring.... dan jugak tk blockbuster sgt mcm avengers.... tengah2.... drama,epik,action semua cukup rencah... tp aku rasa banyak haters yg tkleh terima nie... ade gak yg kata over the top ! yes... it should coz this 2013 not...1970's oke... nk tgk lagi dan lagi....

for me it should gave those spectacular CGI..... sebab this is superman...peminat superman2 dh lama mendambakan
action yg sebegitu rupa...walaupon tk semua,film superman returns pon diharapkan hebat...tk jugak...aksi2 superman dlm tu pon tk kesampaian...
thats why man of steel merupakan film superman yg the best after 1978 superman. zack snyder dh bg yg sepatutnya.... next film hrap lg bagus.

Untuk iols.. tak payah ler nak tgk mobie yang memerlukan kita berfikir sesangat ... sambil enjoy the mobie, gegeh nak mentafsir what next, what underlaying beneth on particular scene and trying very hard to link it with the whole mobie... tak payah ler nak show off yang dia tu smart giler babeng to understand the message yang nak disampaikan ... apa yang penting, cukup rempah ratus, rasa pun sedap... jalan citer disampaikan dengan lancar dan menarik ... dan yang penting, the whole presentation tu mmg menarik dan menghiburkan... dah cukup iols bagi above 8 out of 10 ... citer Pee Mak tu pun iols dah bagi 9 out of 10 ;P
tapi alo ada brilliant mobie yang memerlukan audiences berfikir, and at the same time, really entertaining and amusing... then I would rate that mobie above 10 out of 10 :lol: .. so far cuma inception ler yang iols bagi 10.5 out of 10 :$
