i ada poblem ngan opis i.kat sini takde JD (job description) so, dari bos hingga ke macai2 suma taktau bidang tugas masing2. kalo bleh, i nak member2 kat sini bantu i dgn menampal JD masing2 kat sini (kalo bleh scan dari original copy lagi best). wat masa nih i specify kat hanya pada JD jawatan technician je.
i nak compare semua JD technician pelbagai tempat spy bleh create my JD.
FYI, bos i arah i segala keje dari hantar surat dan bancoh kopi, kpd seberat2 keje dia designing facilities n building hingga la urusan luar opis (belikan ayam hantarkan kerumah dia). so, i nak marah dia pon takde bukti yg dpt bantu i.
i harap dgn adanya bukti2 scoop kerja tecnician2 lain cthnya dari JKR ke, dari UKM ke, dari hospital2 bleh la kongsikan disini contoh technician tu TT nk tech ape?? tech awam ke, elektrik ke...
cam ikang tech qs.. ade sangkut paut x ngn opis TT..?? kalu ade bleh gak kongsi2 skop kerja ni ha... kalo ikot tugas wat masa nih letrit la. tapi yg tertera kat offer letter time daptar keje dulu, technician umum je (serba bidang).
anyway, takpe. kalo tecnician qs pon takpe. leh wat tolong memeber2 yg wat tugas qs nanti. sbb suma jawatan kat opis i takde JD.

1. Daily Responsibilities:
a. Patrol and Inspect for defect, failures and abnormalities at areas of EB/SM process, utilities, tank yard and chemicals skids, report any defect or failures to Supervisor.
b. Check and confirm operating status of running equipment and auxiliary system, valves positions, instrumentation by using prepare checklist.
c. Check, confirm and take necessary action on equipment failures with assistance from superiors.
d. Check and confirm local inventory of production materials and chemicals.
e. Confirm and carry out preparation work for equipment/machine maintenance and ensure its safe operation.
f. Confirm and carry out minor repair work such as strainer replacement and small leakages under superior supervision.
2. Prepare and update checklist and operating manual with assistance from superior.
3. Carry out commissioning, start-up and shutdown of plant required.
4. Confirm and carry out planned safeguarding tests on process interlocks.
5. Promote and adhere to safety and working rules and regulations.
6. Work Closely with Boardman, other Plant Operators, Logistic and Maintenance Staff for smooth and efficient job tasks.
7. Support, promote and participate in all company related programs and action plans in relation in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and others programs which can lead to continual improvement, legal compliances and improvement in staff competency / awareness.
8. Other job tasks assigned by superiors within job scopes / job specification and related tasks to comply with legal and other requirement which company subscribes. Work Description sebagai prod. technician :

nih JD utk teknician gomen punya ke private? kalo gomen bahagian apa yek? TT ... tuan kena faham antara deskripsi tugas dgn senarai tugas... deskripsi tugas - skop tugas bg jawatan yg disandang... senarai tugas - kerja yg kita kena buat dgn jawatn yg kita sandang... ada perkara yg disebut dlm deskripsi tugas kita tak kena buat... sebab masuk senarai tugas orang lain... tapi semua perkara yg masuk dlms enarai tugas kita, 'wajib' buat... kalau tak... markah laporan penilaian prestasi... rendah!
skop tugas juruteknik ada 2 - kerja2 teknikal & kerja2 pentadbiran --- kerja2 teknikal ni terbahagi 2 - operasi & perancangan... juruteknik lebih byk kerja di tahap operasi - cth., memastikan mesin berfungsi & boleh beroperasi dgn baik, kerja pd tahap perancangan - lebih banyak dilakukan oleh pembantu teknik & jurutera... peringkat juruteknik, mungkin sekadar merancang menyelenggaraan, pembelian alat ganti, bahan guna habis... kerja2 pentadbiran - misalnya, penyeliaan, sediakan laporan, audit stok/aset... dsb.nya
