A policewoman literally threw her uniform away on the day she resigned from the force, major Chinese dailies highlighted. Corporal Dai Bao Xiang, 51, tendered her resignation letter to her superiors at the Gombak district police headquarters in Selangor on Monday, citing unhappiness with the hectic workload and little increment.She threw her uniform into a dustbin and shouted: 揑 am finally free. I抦 not a policewoman anymore!. Quit at 51 years old, lama juga bertahan dgn gaji jecil dan workload yg bahaya dan teruk.. mmmm.... aku nak tengok ngo mana yang akan bawa isu ni ketengah.... gaji kecik, beban kerja melambak, siang malam kerja tak leh claim ot, nyawa dihujung tanduk, kena maki orang ramai perkara biasa, tangkap orang pun kena marah, tak tangkap orang lagi kena marah.... polis tembak orang, ramai yang bising, penjenayah tembak polis tak pa, itu dah takdir polis tersebut.... nasib nasib.... mmmm.... aku nak tengok ngo mana yang akan bawa isu ni ketengah.... gaji kecik, beban kerja melambak, siang malam kerja tak leh claim ot, nyawa dihujung tanduk, kena maki orang ramai perkara biasa, tangkap orang pun kena marah, tak tangkap orang lagi kena marah.... polis tembak orang, ramai yang bising, penjenayah tembak polis tak pa, itu dah takdir polis tersebut.... nasib nasib.... Kalau frust pun, perbuatan campak uniform itu tidak betul....

The Police Force has yet to receive the resignation letter of the uniform-throwing policewoman, Kpl Dai Bao Xiang. OCPD Supt Rosly Hassan said that Dai can't just simply say she wants to resign without going through the proper procedures. He said that Kpl Dai took sick leave on May 26 and six days of annual leave. Supt Rosly said Kpl Dai would be facing disciplinary action as her act of throwing away her uniform was a disgrace to the police force.
Kpl Dai shot into the limelight when she threw her uniform away on the day she "resigned" from the forces and shouted, "I'm finally free. I'm no longer a policewoman anymore!" The reason she cited for leaving the force was the unhappiness with the hectic workload and the small increment which she received. After being promoted to Corporal, she received a RM50 increment but the other part of her wages which includes motorcycle allowance of up to RM 500 has been discontinued. In other words, the amount she is receiving after the promotion was lower than what she has received before. She said she had lost 20 kg since her promotion to Corporal.
Among other reasons she cited for her leaving the force was because she has seen her other colleagues suffering permanent injuries and or being killed in the line of duty. She said their income as police officers is too meagre in comparison to the workload and risk they are facing. berapa tangga gaji dia masa dia letak jawatan? Memula ingat PRC punya polis pasal nama dia nama ala2 China Utara....
Otai dia ni! untuk batch polis 2001 ke atas, dah tak boleh letak jawatan dari polis suka hati kan?

Masalahnya masyarakat kita ni tak pernah nak berterima kasih kat mereka ni yang sanggup melepas peluang mencari kekayaan semata-mata untuk berkhidmat untuk masyarakat!Kita kena fahami keluhan dia ni. Memula ingat PRC punya polis pasal nama dia nama ala2 China Utara....

Aku tadi pun konpius ingat polis PRC.kemudian baca di Gombak pulak. dlm suruhanjaya penambaikan dulu kalau tak silap ada dibangkitkan pasal claim yg lambat dpt
