Working with CGC
Salam,Saya nak tanya sesapa yg pernah attended interview ngan CGC (Corporate Guarantee Corporation) Malaysia Berhad?Nak tau camna cara they all conduct interview. As far as i concern, they are own by Bank Negara Malaysia. So wonder whether interview will be conducted in BM ke English ke.. ada tanya bebenda cam interview gomen ke?
Really appreciate any feedbacks! Dolu-dolu I pernah attend interview kat CGC ni, tak ingat untuk post ape but... rasanya job function tu untuk Develop Procedures for the Companys Operation. It was way back in 2000 kalau x silap. Masa tu masih dalam kategori budak mentah lagi.. baru setahun dua keje. 1st interview lepas, tapi 2nd Interview kantoi. Ingat lagi me and ada sorang indian girl were shortlistedfor 2nd int with the CEO. Sbb dah lama sgt, I tak pasti relevant ke tak lagi info ini, tp saje la kongsi juga la.
1st iterview ada 3 org interviewers, dalam bahasa Inggeris. Biasalah 1st intvw macam interview biasa, kenalkan diri anda, pengalaman keje, expectation, bla bla bla.
2nd int with the CEO, a bit tricky but more rilex and dia tak tanya apa2 pasal kerja tetapi sembang biasa. About our self, family, cita-cita, apa yg berlaku dalam kehidupan, kenapa, mengapa, apa pandangan u.. etc.Kenapa I cakap ia tricky, sebab dia nak tengok kecekapan/kepantasan / cara kita berfikir. Masa I interview dulu-dulu (masa tu mentah sgt lagi kot...) i terperangkap dihujung cerita!!!
Sojika rezeki tuan rumah sampai ke 2nd interview, bertenang byk2 supaya minda anda boleh bekerja dengan cara yg sepatutnya. Bila dia start tanya, try to figure out what does he really want to see or expect or kemana his soalan leading u to sebelum u memberi jawapan /pandangan.
Harap boleh membantu walaupun sedikit.

my sis keje cgc nie....:D :D i used to work in CGC tapi branch ipoh...for 4 years tapi bukan jadi opiser aa..i kena intebiu kat branch so beza aa skit if intebiu kat HQ tu..intebiu kat branch tak stress sgt.. i dah byk kali apply cgc tp x penah panggil interview. geramnyer.. I got the offer but I rejected the offer .. that was back in 2008 la. Now menyesal lak rejek offer tu. Btw I ada 1 intv je. Tp ada exam. gigih ko up blk thread ni...motif pls...:C my sister also work there....hehehe....
ikut kata dia....ada 3 step itvw....susah nak lepas...nie mcm gov gaks...good benefit n life work balance....tp gaji dorang byk gaks tau...bestler kalo you dpt... Sorry upkan thread usang ni, tapi ada sesapa boleh update:
1. Camne interview session dengan CGC tu sekarang?
2. Apa antara benefit2 kerja dekat sini, gaji min boleh dapat berapa untuk level exec
3. Environment (HQ) okay ke tak? Work-life balance zaman sekarang ni penting

Dah pergi dah pun :)first interview, ada 3 orang panel. Tanya pasal life dengan working experience. Tapi sebelum tu ada kena jawab soalan essay sikit, tajuk apa dah lupa. Second interview, dengan SVP dia. Okay juga takde stress apa pun, bincang pasal working experience juga dengan gaji. Dapat interview untuk position apa?
