Hi sumer!, im a diehard fan of these genre of music, mostly music music genre Nu-JAZZ & lounge ni bersifat down-tempo, cam Thievery Corporation, Massive Attack n so on. while world music ni plak banyak sak, tp me minat dgn bossa nova, samba, cam electro brasillia tuh, huhu, meriah sket.antara musicians n artist dlm genre ni ialah St Germain, Nicola Conte, De Phazz, Kruder&Dorfmeister, Koop, Jazzanova, Slow Train, Naomi, David Holmes, Timewriter, Stephane Pompougnac, n ramai lagik, these are my favourites, n banyak lg sebenarnyer....huhu
kalau yg latin plak, me suka Gotan Project, Federico Aubele, uiyo! best sak music dorang! kalau Nu Jazz yg cam pop culture sket me suka Bitter:Sweet, Mocean Worker & Mr Scruff! US3 pun best gak.
im a big fan of Jem & Jamiroquai as well, huhu love his steps muahahha, cam happening gile. hehehe. tadek ke orang yg mempunyai minat yg serupe cam saye. hehe, kengkawan saye smer tak suke music music favourite saye nih. hmmmm, sedeyyy...

p/s calling calling all NU-JAZZ diehard fans! huhu:D hi..dalam byk2 list yg u bagi tu..i just penah dengar jamiroquai je..i mmg a big fan of jamiroquai..all albums dorang i dah dnga..tp ada yg blum own lagi..masive attack ada la dnga ckit2..nak kata minat sgt genre muzik ni tak la kan..but i think its worth listening la kan..once in a while nak gak ubah selera..

maybe i'll start with Thievery Corporation...since thats the first yg u mentioned..hehe owh, pleased to meet another BRAVE soul like you, aahahha, well hello there, NU-JAZZ ni lain sket dr the original mainstream JAZZ genre, salunyer JAZZ je mesti orang terpikir "music yg sgt mengantokkan" ahaks, nway NU-JAZZ is something different, kinda mixed up with the electro based/ up beat/down beat as well, kira cam funky sket ar, cam Jamiroquai, dia stressed on Acid Jazz, kekadang acid jazz dia menjadi, kekadang tu lame jugak, ahaks, nway i like his music! sounds so kewl bebeh.
since u nk cuba cuba, u should try St Germain, album Boulevard, sikit je lagu dlm album ni, tapi worth the money sak. layan syiok abes, u can always hv the snippets at Amazon.com music section, cuba cari St Germain - Boulevard, one more, St Germain - Tourist, ni album baru dorang n it sounds great! St Germain ni musician from France, hebat gak la skill dia olah music tu.
sorang lagik i recommend Nicola Conte, album Jet Sounds, fuh! yg ni hebat gak! i suke album Jet Sounds nih, influenced by latin tunes with up-tempo beat. cant behave my feet while listening to them. hahah!
Satu lagik yg best Mocean Worker. music dia ni pun best, ade yg up beat, ade yg relax je, u can try his new album Cinco de MoWo, Mowo stands for Mocean Worker. huhu.
n finally u should have Bitter:sweet new album, The Mating Game, there's another reMixed version of this album named, The ReMiXED Game, excellent performance as well. love all the tracks!
kalau Gotan Project plak, banyak influenced dr Latin Moods n samba, syiok dengar sak. kalau cam late night tu, time nak start study or reading ka, kalau bikin background music dlm study room tu kira SYIOK abes la, heheh, sorry if im carried away with these elaboration, im so fascinated with Jazz especially Nu-JAZZ. heheh luv them all!
thievery corporation tu orang lama, massive attack pun, dorang ni kira senior la tu macam, most of their remixed n original performance mmg bagus bagus, me first "jatoh cinta" dgn Massive attack bila dengar lagu Karmacoma, long time ago, huhu, berdebar debar jantong dibuat "dub" music dia, hahah!
nway kalau u wanna hv an overview of these great electro-jazz or Nu-Jazz performers n music, listen to the St Germain Des Pres Cafe Compilations from Version 1 to the latest 10, or Hotel Costes Compilation, or Nu-Jazz Anthology, huhu, all the CDs are simply AWESOMe! love them all!
one more, have a look on Kruder & Dorfmeister albums. they are one of the greatest as well. personally, i love the High Noon track from their album KD Sessions, if im not mistaken, or DJ Kicks, lemme recheck the cds, ahaks.
