Live streaming/http streaming using webcam

Salam semua....
Harap maaf kalau topic ni dah ada. Saya dah try search tadi tapi takdak.
Saya perlukan pertolongan berkaitan dengan topic ini.
Feasible ke tidak untuk membuat live streaming dengan menggunakan streamyx and window xp forremote surveillance .
Boleh ke kalau tak gunakan web server utk ni?
Sesiapa yang ada pengalaman, sila2 share ya information :)
Sebarang input amatlah saya hargai.

feasible bergantung pada objektif apa yg nak dicapai..

lebih mudah kalau guna ipcam yg ada builtin server
tak mahal sangat pon yg CMOS punya......:D

Webcam -> Adobe Live Decoder -> Adobe FMS/WowZa -> flash script -> live streaming macam youtube...
