Another view on the 'quiet' role played by the press is that my exposures would not be challenged by those concerned when it is of greater importance in the public interest that many issues raised by me should be disseminated to the masses.
Since I dare to bring up the issues to the Police and ACA, I am prepared to face the 'music' whatever that may be. Since I have not heard from the Police and the ACA any further, what does that mean after three years. Your guess and my guess can be anything.
If you think the issues are sensitive, then let that be. If I do not face the 'music', then the authorities concerned have a greater burden NOT of musical connotation but the heavy failure in society.
Whether we like it or not, I have observed that there are massive circulation of Ringgit Currencies of dubious quality hence can be forged ones at the great loss to the people worth tens of Billions of Ringgit.

JK's Digest No. 37 of July 2007 (216 of 2007)It is very exciting and tense for bloggers and internet writersAt last bloggers and Internet writers have commanded the attention in 2007 to sway the voters in the next General Elections.If millions of hits at Malaysia Today do not bear the impact, then we are not in the new millennium.Malaysiakini and many others had their tales of actions by the Government on allegations of seditious violations in the past but the fallout was not so overwhelming.
I think the latest demand from the Senate and the UMNO in Police Report is to close the Malaysia Today just before the next General Elections.Malaysia Today is sort of the last frontier as far as publicity - good or bad - is concerned.
It is no secret any more that the Government had demanded that the press and mass media do not give POSITIVE coverage to the opposition.It is also obvious that the national channels of TV and radios are giving substantial BIAS coverage at the public expense.
Would such tactics also known asdubious "self censorship" under the various draconian laws work now?Maybe they do but with the emergence of more Internet users in Malaysia, we may see some significant impact on the voters.There was a time that it was believed that Internet would not sway the decision of the voters always retaining BN despite massive irregularities of the Election Commission nationwide.If EC is really independent and doing a proper job, then the candidates would not need to employ the elections observers/polling agents - the unnecessary burden to the financially starved opposition candidates.I wonder how effective have the polling agents in the discharge of the duties inside the polling stations when rigging starts outside such halls.Today, we have the silent mode of SMS.All the presiding officers and others in the polling centre should NOT communicate with outsiders including the press by phones and any other means.
In recent weeks while the BN's mulling over the snap elections intensified, and the blogger's penetration is getting deeper into the Government sphere of influence, Nathaniel Tan was arrested and investigated for OSA, possibly after someone lodged a Police Report.Now Malaysia Today and the web owner is the subject of a Police Report in Wang Dangi, and Raja Petra Kamarudin's website became very heavy extraordinarily as I could not access it for more than two hours until RPK told me that he had doubled its capacity. So many may ask who are to be the next victim ofthe UMNO's insidious machinery?
I am not surprised some may be mulling as long overdue as I may be a thorn in their mind as I had already lodged 15 Police Reports with most extended to ACA since March 2004.I hope the authorities concerned had done their investigation with a conclusion to my lone whistle blowership over scenario worth Trillions of Ringgit in Sabah alone.
What the Federal Inland Revenue Board may collect from Sabah annually is only peanuts (but hardship to the taxpayers) when compared with those lost revenues and resources then, now and the future.How can we leave this to the illegal State & Federal Governments?The socalled Government is very much involved with the Tsunami of Illegals & Illegalities - a paper I am going to lecture in UiTMin September in conjunctionwith 50/44 years of Malaysia.
So the silver lining is likely in the air, and it depends how we look at it and it is likely bada bing for Malaysia (already sort of anarchic) - good or bad depends on us. While rain in drought seasons is really blessing, but too much of that in a matters of days can be curses but it does clean off some filth around us.The flash floods and the sinkholes are the ugly manifestation as a reflection of society as to how we handle our earthly environment.I would like to pose this question again - as Kuala Lumpur is sited on a limestone ground, what would happen when more and more sinkholes appear despite a very expensive Storm Tunnel?I do not want to be seen as implying any worst that is already around but whatever caution we may take would not spare us of disasters already in the making.Meanwhile the Christians communities already started a 40 days of Prayers and Fast since 22nd July, 2007 and we have the first major Police Report on 23rd July 2007 as since when the UMNO central committee made a Police Report?With this Police Report, the fallouts could be in any way or all ways - inevitable for a change for the better.The Malaysia Today's communities and respondents had been expecting that since the beginning of the year when Sabah becomes so prominent with so many pressing issues in that blog. For a few years there has been a corner for the Chief Minister of Sabah Musa but largely dormant, and I had used that source for some of my Police Reports.I believe the issue of Project IC as initiated by CASH in 2006 had provided the heightenedinspiration ofMT to be part of this campaigning of change with some players who had confessions of the Project IC/ Project Mahathir.It looks like Sabah was a major part of the formation of Malaysia and maybe also the de-formation of Malaysia.I wonder if some consider Sabah as insignificant hence largely neglected as it may be now, and would it be possible for Malaysia without Sabah in it in 1963?
Should that happen, my friends are we ready to assume the heavy responsibilitieswith me as the leader. I have made that declaration many times.Don't be in the dark as it is too costly to take time to wake up in any new beginning.No USNO or another new parties based on the old systems of 44 years can salvage anything for Sabah as the system of doom has already expired.A totally new wine skin for the new wine to come to Sabah.

UMNO lodged a Police Report via the Information Chief and yet the people are speculating how the King and Islam had been insulted by the blog Malaysia Today (MT) and the blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK) where millions of hit were happening daily since the beginning of 2007.
The little information via the mass media and press about that Police Report was something published on 11th July 2007. The only item that was published on 11th July was 11/07: Why Muslims are doomed to fail.l
Why should there be such an article in MT? Islam and politics are inseparable in a theocracy in Malaysia unilaterally declared as Islamic State against the spirit of the Federal Constitution.
How many of you know of the blood sacrifice on the 10th July 2007 in the Parliament where 6 cows and 10 goats were slaughtered in the national house of honour NOT an abattoir?
Why did the socalled leaders do that without consulting with the people who put them there? Did the slaughter offend the people of many faiths? Did the slaughter offend God? Honestly, what can the blood sacrifice do to the Government and the people except to stir the hornets nest of the truth always at the spiritual warfare?
What is the truth in Islam when such blood sacrifice has been condoned by the Muslims themselves? Who had brought such an experience to the Parliament? Why did the Prime Minister suddenly got married on 9th June 2007 when this marriage has attracted troubles in some ways. Now the marriage was celebrated in a weird way in the blood sacrifice in the Parliament house when kenduri can be arranged with foods prepared by the caterers. Was it a bomoh that had brought up the demonic suggestion of such ceremony to 'clean' the Parliament house of bad influence of late? So it is a good assumption that the wedding was a preemptive measure to allow the animals sacrifice to be done.
So with the latest developments surrounding the Parliament, more curses are enveloping the nation.
Soon after the wedding, there was the great floods of massive losses in Kuala Lumpur almost the next day. It was a test of the smart tunnel yet to be ready although the tunnel was ready for the city traffic.
I understand the businesses involved in the flash flood have yet to get back to business after more than a month there. Now a Police Report was lodged on 23rd July 2007 against MT and RPK.
Do you think the King and Islam were not insulted for the blood sacrifice when the King regularly declares open the Parliament sessions there? So how can that article on 11 July 2007 insult the King & Islam? Actually the realistic consequence of the animals sacrifice in the august house is nothing but a deliberate insult to God, to the people who put the elected people on a fraudulent General Elections 2004 especially the slaughter of animals sensitive to the faiths of the people of Malaysia. Take it a bit further it can be misconstrued as the 'slaughter' of the voters whose rights to justice are abused by the leaders who are so corrupt with megalomaniac projects. Why has the nation come to this stage where we have brought the curse and the scourge of demonic influences on the nations with people in disarray? So if it is an Islamic State, why are we into animals sacrifice - an era of animistic worship? What is the model of an Islamic State in such practice? Is animal sacrifice regularly done in Mecca or other Islamic state? Or is it just a Malay dilemma vis-s-vis Islam?
Or are we still very steep in Malay supremacy or Ketuanan Melayu, without the worry over societal harmony in multi racial Malaysia? I hope with the many questions here we can get some good answers from the Parliament and failing that we need to convene a public apology to the people and our God.
On the other hand, there may be something really good coming out of the good, bad and evil practices as a learning process in Malaysia. The Police Report by TSMMT is one of the last frontiers for the learning process to avoid the doom of Islam or rather the Muslims. Would some people ever learn anything the right ways after a very costly experience?
Would someone lodge a Police Report on the Parliament's blood sacrifice on 10th July, 2007?
While the Senate or Dewan Negara was debating the BLOG issue on MT & RPK, the Parliament house was again leaking whilst elsewhere in the nation there were flash floods and other major disasters.
Islam and people are sensitive but this writing is exactly a response to the practices of some people who consider such things as Rukun Negara, Islam Hadhari, Islam Wahabi, Islam #e, Islam Sunni, Jesus Christ, Buddha etc as desirable and holy in various contexts. Has animal sacrifice a departure from and or offence to or deception of the real sensitivity of all people in Malaysia? Meanwhile we witness many stray or non stray dogs as shot while the Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumers Affairs wants to set up a canine team to tackle piracy of the VCD etc.
Let the true God show us the truth.

Corruption and Addictions thereof
JK's Digest No. 43of July 2007 (222 of 2007)How to stop the ROT of corruption etc?The recent episodes of the Prime Minister, the Federal Attorney General handling of the Police and Anti Corruption Reports is to make the corruption in the nation the worst addiction to come despite General Elections 2004 promises of eradication of corruption, mismanagement and fraud at the Government levels.
What arethe implications of putting a lid on corruption cases when such cases are rampant and of very large amount of public funds are involved?
What I whistle blowed in the 1970s have been proven true and all sortsof victimisation against me had been blown away by my survival when those involved are out of the scenes but those losses are not compensated.
We know it is very difficult to prove any allegation of corruption and abuses of powerwhen the whistle blowers would not have the evidence for lack of transparency and official secret act plus the complacency of those people who should be monitoring the activities of all the implementing bodies.
Even Police Reports are quite an exercise of futility.
Since I had lodged 15 Police Reports worth a few Trillions of Ringgit since 2004, I have yet to hear of any conclusion of any one of them.One of the reports was on Employee Provident Fund (EPF).
Of course I would not have the evidence of the massive losses in principals of about RM200 billions since the beginning in the late 1960s.If we consider the losses of interest thereof, it can be another RM200 billions.In 2007, we have something like RM300 billions with more than 10 millions members after withdrawals on maturity.I think the EPFshould have handled about a Trillion Ringgit.
The annual accounts albeit very brief do show annual write off of massive bad debts without details.
So I would like to mention this specific case of the Bakun Dam in Sarawak.
I read about it in the newspaper that the EPF had a five percent share in the RM10 billion dam project.I also read about the Bakun Dam was approved by the Government without an EIA report suddenly before 1994, when Sabah had the General Elections.
I also read about EPF paying off the shareholding in Bakun Dam and then what happened to the money of RM500m in the Bakun Dam account?Only EPF can tell us about that and that is only the tip of the iceberg of mismanagement in EPF.
I also heard (not rumours) about RM400m of the RM500m being channelled into several bank accounts of nominees of UMNO cronies in Sabah to take care of the expenses of the General Elections in 1994 and the political leaders.I want all those people involved in this campaign fund to disclose what actually happened to the RM500m or RM400m.I hope UMNO and the politicians concerned would lodge Police Report to clear this incident.I had already lodged the general Police Report on EPF on the whole scenario.
The people has to wake up lest our wealth has just disappeared without trace into evil addictions including corruption, scandals, mismanagement, frauds and simply wasteful contributing to the ROT of the nation.

JK's Digest No. 37 of October 2007 (294 of 2007) Give a value to those 18 Police Reports.It is known Sabah is poor compared to the early days of independence.Sabah has been robbed in broad daylight under the tsunami of Federalism leading to illegals and illegalities as we now have a paralysis of crisis in many forms.
It has not been easy for me to lodge those extraordinary Police reports (see below) except God allows them.
Now that those Police reports maybe sitting somewhere, we need to stir up the interests and action from all the parties concerned especially the revamp of the illegal Federal and State Governments.
We can try to give some value to each of these reports and can add up to a few Trillions Ringgit - very realistic figure.Most of them are land and resources based, hence how much is Sabah worth going with the prices of the scarce land available?
I have done all the hard home work and these reports are supported by nearly 600 pages of evidence as documented.We can put in more effort.I have been sending monthly reminders to Suhakam and Public Complaint Bureau (PM Department) since May 2007.A powerful strategy without public demonstration is in place to move forward.
Just to let you know the Police Report on SESB worth anything up to RM1 billion over the past 2 decades of fraud like "teeming and lading", the consumers TODAY are the victims.The press had not highlighted this issue except to say that I had lodged a Police Report on SESB.Many accountants would have clients in this category of fraud.Such incidences of frauds in SESB has generally affected the performance of that utility company as the staff morale can be low. If you need my help to identify such problems, please contact me with the relevant documents like one or two years paid bills in cash (more years better) and the related statements from SESB.

I am lodging this report as below in conjunction with submission of all my 18 Police Reports (most of them extended to you earlier) for your urgent and priority attention.
1.1 List of detailed bank accounts in foreign banks pages BA 1-7 - add up to RM1 billion??? This was also Reported in TV3.... and I want to know whether this has been investigated by the Police and the Anti Corruption Agency.If nobody has lodged any report for fear of backlash, I am doing it as a public interest and you have to do your part.

Such views only confirm that the illegal Government is impotent (but not acknowledged) as I know I had written much to the top leaders on several key issues but so far there had been no response. I had now lodged 18 Police Reports since 2004 worth a few Trillions of Ringgit but I hear no more from the Police besieged by own problems and incapacitated by inexperienced personnel and bias to the illegal Governments. Most of these - 800 pages - Police Reports were extended to the Anti Corruption Agency (ACA). So on 29th October, 2007 I handed over a summary of all the Police Reports to the ACA but was told that ACA is not independent to deal with the very important issues concerning the Government and its agencies as raised by me. Today on the eve of the All Saints Day, I received a fax dated 20th October from the Public Complaint Bureau (PCB) asking me to go to the ACA in response to my earlier letter to PCB in July 2007. I had written to PCB and Suhakam over the inaction of the Police and ACA on my Police Reports. So we are really in circles and to be exact in vicious circles as I am not paid to do all those works worth Trillions of Ringgits when the illegal Government has employed all those public servants to serve the illegal elected representatives only. What a great loss to the nation hence we can only be poor, poorer and then poorest without anyone to do anything to arrest the unstoppable decline but the illegal leaders continue to sing the swan song of complacency.When the illegal Governments .....
