TQ koko & waksir atas simpati yg diberi..

tapi, nak buat camna , dah nasib la kan..
since my first case, dah banyak kali naik turun Kem Perumahan.. rujuk gak kat persatuan pengguna.. tapi dorang tak bleh buat apa2...cuma nasihatkan kami utk ambil tindakan mahkamah... tapi masalahnya nak bawa ke mahkamah tu bukan nyer sikit duit.. & if kita menang pun, bukan dorang akan bayar balik.. .paling2 developer isytihar muflis.. bak kata org 'menang jadi arang, kalah jadi abu'... bazir masa & wang ringgit jek..

govt pun ada conflic of interest.. coz dia dapat $$ drp developer melalui cukai.. yg susah pembeli... hanya pembeli yg dah terkena jek merasa peritnya...

rumah lelong??? my dah takda hati nak beli rumah lagi buat masa ni.. ngan nak bayar sewa rumah (hehehe sib baik dok rumah sewa co punyer).. ngan nak bayar hutang bank.. yg terfikir just nak kumpul duit, beli tanah sebidang... bila pencen nak buat rumah kat tanah sendiri.. :lol:

simpati dengan nasib kawan2 yg terpaksa berdepan dgn rumah terbengkalai. teruk betul pemaju ni:@ Sekarang ni di Gombak ada naik beberapa rumah teres atas tanah status pertanian..harga mmg murah..tp kena guna loan koperasi tersebut.
Ada kawan2 yg tau pasal rumah atas tanah status pertanian? zie tak berminat tp ada kawan dah bayar down payment.

kat meru pun ada tanah2 lot utk dijual kan ???? aku pun dok mencari yg sesuai kat area tu

Zie kalo tak silap salah satu tu milik koperasi yg buat umah ada 2 nama tu kan..?

Yg msk buletin utama tu..kat gombak buat atas tanah tak sah tarap so kena tahan

:loveliness: erkk bukan... yg tu umah my other house ... tapi kami dok situ bila weekend/cuti2 jek.. coz weekdays dok kat umah sewa ni... reason coz nak senang urusan anak skolah... maybe lagi 5thn boleh ler dok terus kat rumah tu bila semua my junior dah skolah.. :) insyaallah

my takmau cari area meru.. dulu beli pun sebab my bpren kerja area sana.. now dah kerja satu tempat.. if nak cari tanah pun, my nak cari either my kg.. or my bpren's kg.. itupun if ada rezeki lebih... doakan lah yer

saya rasa talam mmg patut kena black list, ada kawan beli umah kat belakang pasar borong sri kembangan tu terbengkalai..loan still kena bayo...sian....

saya beli umah dengan anak syarikat OIB-Pesaka Saujana, so far Alhamdulillah, siap awal dari jangkaan, tarikh jangka siap hujung tahun ni, tapi pertengahan tahun ni dah dpt kunci...workmanship biasalah, rasanya jarang ada developer buat rumah berkualiti tinggi, tp disebabkan kami major renovate, kami suruh kontraktor renovate tu je repiar-repair...

Under Talam yang Saujana Puchong(Bandar Saujana Putra) tu kesian tengok rumah diorang. Rumah hampir siap, tapi terbengkalai.

ramai gak orang nak beli kat subang bestari.. so far worldwide ni tak ada terbengkalai... saya dah lama duduk Subang bestari ni, rumah saya pendita,dekat dengan tasik belakang tu.. rumah Dinar tu besar... bagus beli.. tapi bayu tu cantik cuma saiz kecik sikit lah... yang dekat dgn tu - Subang Galaxy - besar betul built up nya, rega dalam 290++dah nak hampir siap... hari tu dah lebih 50% sold out. Sapa2 beli kat SUbang bestari - jadilah jiran kita nanti ya... cuma rumah ku dah tua lah...
