Absolutely agree, taking vitamins is essential but first, it's better to consult a doctor. I have a blood test 3-4 times a year to keep track of deficiencies. Also, I buy quality vitamins only, usually at this Online Pharmacy. Currently, I take vitamin B12, D3, K2, zinc, Omega 3 and many more on a daily basis.
