How did you teach your child to talk?

I want to tell you my experience as I taught my child to speak clearly and expressively.
He started talking at about 2 years old (I guess I don't remember exactly:laugh3:) But, already at the age of 2.5, he could pronounce words very well and expressively. Everyone was surprised, saying how good he was. He learned it himself. But, there was no such thing.
In the development or degradation of a person, in particular a child, a big role is played by mentors, teachers... in this case, parents.
Which I did.
When we were talking to him and I heard the wrong word. I asked him to repeat it after me. If, even after that, he was muttering. Then, I would spell the word and ask him to repeat it after me. In the end, if the first and second versions failed, I spelled the word and also asked him to repeat it after me. :C
In this way my son understood in detail how to pronounce the letters, syllables, and the whole word.
I really hope that my experience will help someone.
And now tell me how you did it, how did you teach your child to talk?

I talked to my kids, since they were newborn babies.

I will just talk like i am talking to adult.

Construct longer sentences etc.

I read to them and show real objects while explaining what is it.

Today, my2y 5m boy handed an empty box to me, while saying
:a present for mama. Open this box.

Very clear and not gibberish at all.

But their BM is weak and i am not proud of it :(
I gotta brush up their BM

never teach my daughter 123 or abc before 4 years old.

dari newborn mak dah pot pet, pergi kedai beli sayur pun cita kat anak..

kena gossip kat forum cari pun cita kat anak...

masa bawa jumpa orthoponist masa 16 bulan, rasanya anak boleh sebut
dalam 70 lebih patah perkataan, ingat sebab orthoponist suruh tulis apa ayat anak boleh sebut..

masa tu main language anak bahasa melayu....

20 bulan masuk french playschool, sekarang french memanjang,
kena brush up balik bahasa melayu.

Sing to your baby – this helps them tune in to the rhythm of language. Repeat the sounds your baby makes back to them – this teaches your baby lessons about listening and taking turns in a conversation. Talk in a sing-song voice – this helps to keep your baby's attention.

Singing and reading are the most important things.

It is essential to talk to your child from birth. And I agree that singing helps. I've recently started working with the guys from https://www.topwritersreview.com/reviews/mymathgenius/ and written an article on the topic. From what I read, one of the best things you can do to encourage language development is to read to your child as much as possible every day. Also, this is a great way to spend time together.
