Dah ada ke thread pasal series ni? kalau dah ada tolong merge ya..Memang best sangat2. love everything about this series..the game (never thot that chess is such an interesting game), the props, plot, etc.. marathon sekali hadap je habis 7 episodes.
The Queen's Gambit is a fictional story that follows the life of an orphan chess prodigy named Beth Harmon from the age of eight to twenty-two during her quest to become the world's greatest chess player while struggling with emotional issues and with drug and alcohol dependency. The story begins in the mid-1950s and proceeds into the 1960s.

Alkisah pasal perempuan ni main chess je tapi storyline dia bery engaging! Iols juga suka tengok tema US in 1960s baju-baju yg Beth pakai mmg cantik kot. It’s very interesting tengok how someone can be so addicted to one thing. Ok this morning after coffee iols so determined utk tengok perlawanan Beth & Borgov. Aku baru habis tengok tadi.
I cried part ni. So sad kan.
Nampak Beth ni lonely sangat after her adopted mother died.
Luckily Jolene visited her at the right moment. Yang best tu masa Benny, Beltik & friends yang tolong dia tu.. nampak lah yang she is actually not alone.
They are willing to be there for her whenever she needs them.
