Makan tidak apa sis, tetapi kena exercise kuat kuat lah...

I pun baru nak start IF, now day-3.
I buat 12:12, so far ok. so plan next week, on weekday nak buat 15:9 since tmw is weekend. ;P
To record my IF, i install apps SIMPLE. I amik yg free jer. Best juga this app, membantu tracking apa yg kita mkn (tp dia x count the calories, maybe kalau yg premium ada kot), ada tunjuk berapa lama kita dah fasting, what happen to our body (sugar high, low, sugar normal, keto, fat burning, autophagy, etc). And then this apps boleh trackdown liquid intake, so kita bleh tgk actually berapa air kita minum per day, which is good sebab dia bagi target utk kita acieve. Then, this apps also can track our activities eg jog, walk etc. Cuma mcm meal management tadi, dia x count calories burn ke apa, maybe sb i amik yg free jer.

So far i rasa membantu, sb end of the day kita bleh review balik apa kita consume and activities. And dia ada juga bagi short articles and tips. Sometimes bila cravings, buka apps tu sebab nak input apa nak makan, dia tanya balik, are you sure u want to break the fast? hahahahahha...psiko ok.

I xde la overweight, cuma i nak trim the fat. So petang2 lepas asar i try buat low-impact exercise. So far, day-3 i dah exercise everyday 30-45 minutes per day. badan rasa ringan pula nak exercise bila dah buat IF ni.

thanks for sharing. iols ada install Carbs Manager. yang carbs manager sesuai untuk yg buat diet atkins. dulu penah buat diet akins. bertahan 5 bulan. masa kena plantar fasciitis, berat naik mendadak sebab kaki sakit tak dapat nak eksesais. skrg tengah diet balik. nak try IFF kali ni.

Ta payalah susah susah nak diet. CMCo akan dipanjangkan. Jadi makan makan sajalah kat rumah. :lol:

Hahaha.. sama la u. Tapi now i dah stabil, dah x berapa cravings, maybe sb minum air banyak compare to dulu and start exercise sikit2 kat rumah. Dpt 30minutes per day pin ok la as beginner ni.

thank you uols. buat masa ni stick 18:6. berat naik gara2 makan nasi lemak tepi jalan yg iols beli hari2. :mad: nasi lemak tak salah, tapi salah sendiri

i pernah try IF ni ms 2018 masa tu sbb rasa gemuk sgt which was 76kg dgn tinggi 156cm. dh masuk obesity dah. n selalu sakit2 kepala. i takut i dpt high blood pressure.
n my mum n kenkawan doktor semua suggest tuurnkan berat so dpt kurangkan bp.

mula2 i cut yg manis2. xminum manis la. turun la sebulan 3 kg ms tu x buat IF pon.
pastu dh study n rs boleh buat IF br try. i start tu dlm 2 bulan sblm ramadan.
mmg x timbang sgt sbb malas nak letak harapan. bersenam mmg idok la sis sejenis pemalas.

msk ramadan tgk berat turun jd 69kg. mmg seronok sgt la sbb rs dkt 10thn dgn berat 70kg ke atas tu. so ms IF tu plg lama sis buat 18 jam. kdg2 omad 23:1. ms ujung2 nak abis ramadan sis try GM diet lak 7 ari. so dpt berat sblm raya thn tu 65kg

mmg byk turun inchloss byk.
but unfortunately ujung 2019 sis tukar keje. environment sgt x membantu. stress teruk.
tambah2 msk PKP aritu sis murung duk umah sorg2 berbulan2 keje sampai mlm(online meeting) mmg jiwa akcau dgn godaan dalgona kopi la apo la.. berat naik 6kg ms PKP saje aritu.

last month buat IF-omad -keto 7 ari turun 3kg. tp rs mcm nak mati murung tu. sis sejenis diet sgt strict tu jd murung.

now dh 73kg adoilaaa. tgh carik semangat nak start blk IF ni,

Kena monitor setiap satu calories yg awak telan. Itu memain peranan penting.
