i have my low moments. Back then i write a diary. Infact i ada diary since sekolah. Until my 20s....
hurmmm betul2, the story somehow happy in twisted way..i dunno if i use the right word for it. based cerita ni sedih but they able to put the happy moment perfectly without us forgeting the sad part till the end..but ya, happy sad drama..truly about life kan..it wasnt always in cloud9..sja je dok browse cite..aleh2 melekat plak..hurm siap marathon la jawabnya..suka tgok gong yoo pon ye..{:mlpomelo:}
i try the diary thing too..even have a secret code for each alphabets..and anytime nk meluah i use the alphabets code. i tak risau kalu diari tu org jumpa. cuz they cant read it pon..hahahahaha..it last for a few years je,dlm 3 4 taun msa skool menengah..then cam da mals...i hope i can be as consistent as you..its good tau, when u've have a chance to c back and get to know the young u..if i were you a will repeatedly read the diary over and over again..its kinda soothing for me..n yes, i have a habit to read what i type for multiple times..be it a massage,wa, this forum etc..i dunno y,but i enjoyed doing it..is it a symptom of narcissistic ..hehehehehehe{:mlturngal:}

Iols kalau nak detox my mind/time out/stay off the grid, iols akan
1. Ignore work whatsapps/emails/telegrams
2. Masak2 benda yg i suka makan and ajak family and frens mai makan
3. Tengok movie romcom and gelak pepuas
4. Gi cari pantai. Ini mmg fave esp kalau stress sangat. Tapi time C19 tak berani gi pantai
Lepas detox minda, rasa fresh sikit and kembali semangat menempuh onak duri kehidupan chewah {:mlproud:}

I dunno y but my friend pon ckp i perfectionist,but i dont think so..sbb bgi i,i agak clumsy jugak..hahahahaha. the day that she said that l,buat i terpk seharian which part yg perfectionist..cuz i really think that im a clumsy person..cemerkap sungguh.huhuhuhu

Nak duk sorang sorang tepi laut sampai lebam.. kalo dulu masa student bwk basikal keliling bukit expo sorang soramg.. lagi stress lagi kuat aku kayuh.. nak cite kat kawan.. kawan ckp problem aku so easy..
Laa ni tengok muka somi.ansk.anak.. rasa ok.. satu lg aku nak cube sorg forumer ckp baca fatehah sedekah pd diri sendiri.. ade lg advice dan akucube nak buat lg

Yup,thats fit me well.im just a very very simple person but i love n want things to be in order. I think thats what makes other think that im perfectionist...haihhhhhhhh

Ha, kebetulan pulak topik ni. Semlm dpt berita < menyenangkn. Mmg masa terima tu, ok lg, rilek je. Smpai rmh, br terasa sedikit duka. Mulalah -ve thoughts appear. Ye, sedih tp fikir balik, dlm keadaan skrg, keadaan aku masih lg ok, alhamdulillah, wpun kurang dr jangkaan aku yg perasan dah 90%. Tp kiriman seorg sahabat menyedarkn aku. Wpun aku masih bwh tahap jangkaan, tp ada org worse off dr aku. Jd x malukah aku setlh dikurniakan begini stkt ini, tp masih mau mengira yg kurang itu? Syukur disedarkn before wallowing further in self-pity.

Biasanya my way of detoxing the mind ni bergantung kpd apa puncanya dulu. What kind of event that happened, how it disrupt my thoughts, & how bad it affects me, whether it bugs me a little or a lot.

biasanya klu i nak detox otak ni, i akan set my mind dulu what i nak decide..to any event tu i decide dulu how i nak react to it...selagi i x make up mind , im surely akan feel miserable..but if i do...no matter what i akan ok je...so i guess its all in our mind.

first step i detox my mind is i unfollowed unnecessary account dekat fb, ig, twitter, mute group whatsapp, mute story whatsapp yang tak memberi sebarang manfaat dalam hidup i, serta block mereka2 yang berpotensi menganggu gugat my peace of mind termasuk family & friends.
second step is i follow account2 yang membantu memberi nilai tambah pada diri i
third step, pilih bahan bacaan dari sumber yang soheh, dari penulis yang diyakini reputasinya, stop reading perkara2/berita negatif.
4th step, busykan diri dengan benda2 yang berfaedah supaya tak sempat untuk fikir benda bukan2 yang menyesakkan fikiran.
