SEA IT Support Specialist (Near to Chan Sow Lin LRT)
Additional information-This is a water management company
-Working location is in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, KL (Near to Chan Sow Lin LRT station)
-Normal working hour 9AM to 6PM
-Monday to Friday
-Salary package is up RM4000-RM5000 (Negotiable based on working experience)
-Requires traveling overseas (When needed)
Job description
-Provide IT support on SEA level (Via Skype call, email)
-Logging issues into the call management system
-To assist end user with reported IT technical issue on both hardware and software
-Perform routine install, repairing both hardware and software
-Follow up with end user on reported issue
Job requirement
-Possessed degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
-3 years of working experience
-Has good experience in IT infrastructure and is familiar with troubleshooting on Microsoft platform products
-Speaks well in Malay, Chinese and English
