Job Description- Overall site planning, coordination and management to ensure completion of works within required standard, quality and targeted schedules.
- To ensure smooth implementation of projects from start to finish
- To plan, organize, oversee and manage building & contruction projects.
- In charge of overall day today construction activities on site
- To follow-up quality control policies to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with specifications, standard, quality.
- Follow-up contracts administration, construction claims and contractual issues.
- To review sub-contractor's performance and evaluate progress of works and claims -Interface with Employer's Representative and Superintending Officer's.
- To analyse on project progress to ensure achievement and meeting project timeline.
- Work closely with management team to establish and control project budget, claims and manpower planning.
- Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior. Reporting to the Senior Project manager/construction Manager/General Manager.
- Handle for full cycle of project (construction)Job Requirements- diploma / degree (required)
