Job Description- Oversee and be responsible for the day to day operation of outlets.
- Manage (include recruitment, conflict management etc.), train and develop manpower and ensure teams are equipped with knowledge and skills to execute their job tasks, and can deliver good customer service.
- Inventory analysis and management.
- Develop and execute sales target. Accountable for achieving sales target and other KPIs.
- License application. Handle government officials in the event when it's necessary to liaise with them.
- Solve issues preventing smooth running of business.Requirements- diploma / degree (required)
