Unifi atau Maxis Fibre?
Edited by tyrande_81 at 19-3-2019 06:58 AMSaya baru tamatkan Unifi. Sib baik kontrak unifi dah habis, jadi tak perlu bayar penalti RM500. Lupa pulak gatal ambil hypptv semua channel. Dah la ada 8bulan lagi kontrak. Maka bayar je la RM60 x 8bulan.
Bagi saya sama je speed. Rumah saya apartment takde fibre optic maka upload both unifi dan maxis 10mbps. Download speed 30mbps. Dari segi main game online dan streaming sama je.
Yg pro skrg. Maxis lebih murah. RM89 compared to unifi rm139.
Bagi saya kalau siapa amik unifi tu. Jgn ler amik pakej tv dia. Mcm rugi je. Dah la tak best. Mungkin saya tak suka tgk tv kot. Sbb susah nak dpt timing filem/drama start. Baik subscribe Netflix RM30 sebulan. Beli tv android box RM300. Seller tu siap setting 3000 channel. Boleh tgk tv sampai jumpa malaikat maut

tapi katanya skrg tgh top maxis sebenarnya curi line optik TM Mmg depa pakai port TM. Kawan aku kena, port TM dah habis. Kalau nak amik maxis fibre, maxis kena buat port sendiri. Ntah la. Rasa nak jimat kot pakai maxis. Subscribe Netflix je.
Kalau tak sebulan unifi+hypptv aku nak dekat RM230. gatai amik hypptv package tu sbb ingatkan ada fox sport channel utk world cup. Hampeh, astro conquer semua ikut keperluan dan area rumah masing2 kut. unifi cam cilaka sbb umah aku pakej lama 190.00 sekali dengan hyptv tu pun yg basic.. skamg unifi dh turun harga 130.00 plak.. siot tul.. aku tgk netflix je.. klu nk tgk astro aku guna kabel thru iphone ke smart tv guna astroon the go.. entahla dlm di lema nak tukar ke tak ni hypptv tu nk tgk movi pon thru server baik X pyah chetimor replied at 24-9-2018 06:05 PM

Kalau ada jiran pakai maxis boleh interview. Sbb takut nyesal. Sekali pasang kena tunggu 24bulan before terminate. Kalau tak RM500 penalti melayang. Buat masa ni lepas habis kontrak hypptv, tamatkan je. Hypptv tu rugi Unifi mmg haprak.. sejak akhir2 ni asyik tak dpt connect line tenet. Buat complaint pun sama aje.. tgh nk g tutup unifi and survey line apa bagus. Jiran belakang soh pakai maxis. Katanya laju. Buat rugi aku bayar 160 sebulan tp takdpt main tenet.
Unifi mmg hanattt . Senang cakap semua produk TM mmg hanattt sbb monopoli, servis pn mcm keymark Mmg monopoli hanat. Kontrak dia tak lojik pun. Tak faham kenapa add on hypptv kena kontrak 12 bulan. Sedangkan kita dh pakai unifi masuk 6 tahun dh.
Kalau tukar maxis fibre pun. Harap rega je murah. Tapi pakai line tm. Sama gak speed putus2. TM conquered line Unifi ni mmg mcm pundek. Haritu orang maxis fibre ada call offer 10Mbps for rm130 plus free calls to mobile and landline. Dah menyesal pulak pi tukar modem a few months ago dgn unifi. Selama 4 tahun tak pernah tukar so we thought wadahek kan, tukar je la alang2 mmg guna unifi ni.

Saya pernah hotspot wifi mobile data. Speedtest ckp dlm 5mbps. Jalan je iolss pun baru terminate asterukkk kemarin. Sekarang tengah survey2 nak pakai maxis fibre atau unifi.TIME plak takde kat area rumah iolss. merluat betul. :curse::curse: tyrande_81 replied at 24-9-2018 10:51 PM

betul gak ckp chuols ni kan. dh sah2 maxis pakai port tm, so line dia laju or slow cam unifi gak lah :L Jangan guna Maxis Fiber. Service mereka terlalu teruk.
Sekali internet rosak dekat 2 minggu baru ada technician nak datang untuk baikpulih. 1 of the reason.
Kalau unifi paling lambat pun 48 jam. Hari cuti pun ada.
I was switch from Unifi to Maxis home fiber last year about April due cheaper bill and better speed! but i was making wrong decision. the line not stable and i called to complain since Jul 18, the line has getting better until Nov i request to upgrade to 100GB through online form. but no one call me and follow up with me..until Dec i found the line are ridiculous not stable, i called to complain and asking the status of the upgrade request, they told me someone will call me to follow up on the upgrade and technical ppl will call on my line issue...but i was waiting waiting after few week i called again, they told me the line has already upgraded and they suspect is router issue not support the 100GB. and they said will arrange their technical come home to change it. 1st schedule on sat 9am, my bro in law took half day leave to wait them, end up received call on 9++am said Tyre punchat cant make it ontime, but not when will settle, off course my bil need to work so cant wait it, so ask the technical guy to reschedule with me. after that no one call me until i call to maxis again to complain. then the schedule again and again, 2nd time and 3rd even more worst, set the schedule but no one come and call to inform cant make it. and i complain to FB, they know only apologize and asking my acc details to follow up for me, but no update after i gave my acc, what is they doing actually? before cny sat said want to come also no come and i write the comment at fb again, then they call and schedule will come on cny sat, but no one appear and call. i was super frustrated, comment again at Maxis, end up they are super funny ask their technical ppl to call me said wan to come "Now" (same day after i comment again at FB), Maxis, do you think i standby for you at home 24 hrs to wait your ppl come? so i complain to the technical ppl, he said will inform his boss.....until today no one call and follow up with me and i called just now, they asking again what happen and said no open case for my account, what is the ridiculous service, i doubt they so big company and telco do they had customer service dept???what their customer service doing?????just sit there and pick up call but no need to follow up????and now i force to pay the bill due to my home fiber line has combine with my postpone, if i didt pay the home fiber bill my postpone will also block....OMG super frustrated!!!!!!! now when i watch a 30min drama i need to wait for loading and loading....pls do twice and 3ple consider if you all still thinking to switch to MAXIS! Laju atau tak tu satu benda. Stability pon penting jugak. Selalunya empunya infra tu stability connection dia lg bagus berbanding yg menumpang. Ramai orang pakai Unifi sbb stability rather than speed

Ni member aku pon pernah gak citer.Terkejut gak la technician dtg seminggu selepas report. Aku bukan apa la, bab2 service ni kalau unifi paling lama aku pernah tnggu pon 24 jam je. esoknya msti dtg tak kisah la pagi or petang. And kalau ada benda perlu tukar esoknya pulak diorang dah dtg balik utk tukar. Sebab tu kalau kira long term service, Unifi mmg lg ok compared to others
