Job Responsibilities:
Conduct of Internal Quality Audit for site only
Conduct Surprise audit for site only on quality control
Random Inspection at site
Random joint Inspection with Project Coordinator and Contractor for verified of works
Attend Site meeting if needed to raise any site quality matter for related project to ensure the defect can be rectified before handing over
Preparation of Quality Report to Project Coordinator /Project Manager /Contractor (If necessary)
Conduct Pre-Vacant Possession Inspection
Joint Inspection during Qlassic Inspection to ensure obtain direct information from Qlassic Inspector
Attend QMS meeting
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
5years experience in QA/QC of Building Construction
Experience on Qlassic Assessment /Conquas
Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office application
Open races
Salary range RM3K above
