if I ruled the world i will abolish capitalism and instate a socialist economy, kill anyone that tries to oppose the socialist system, i will melt down all the pipes in the worlds infrastructure and then use the metal to make more guns and weapons, and sell them to the third world countries.now i feel bad;P

If I ruled the world, i'll make sure that world is in peace. No more war n hatred. There is no boundaries to any country. And try to minimize the gap from the poorest to the wealthiest. And everyone can live happily ever after.

If I ruled the world..

I would improve the infrastructure. Build more roads especially in remote areas so that they'll be more accessible. Provide clean water to every part of this world. So clean that it's possible to drink straight from your tap. Build more affordable houses so that more people can own a property, reduce dependence to house owners who charge ridiculous rental fee n reduce the number of homeless people.

All of these will create more job opportunities. Narrow the income gap n social gap as well.

I would also ban smoking entirely.
