Ku amalkan 4-5 kali seminggu. Aku suka this cardio exercise sbb it is not a fast paced aerobics. dulu suka jogging tapi sbb kecederaan kaki so aku bertukar kpd walking exercise.

Alhamdulillah... setiap tahun buat stress test, ku lulus dgn cemerlang:$

Disclaimer siap2, iols x de la letops mana pun body. Blh la utk org tua. Kalau kat bod gosip, derang pggl iols nenek kut. Sbb i baya erra fazira.

Nak citer sejarah awal kikikiki.
Iols size xs dr muda.
Ms preggy sulung iols berat 40kg, n shoot sampai 65kg.
Dalam pantang iols drop jd 56kg.
Lps abis pantang iols dpt balik 40kg.
Rule of thumb, pantang pantang n pantang.

Pantang bkn bermaksud itu x mkn ini x mkn.
Makan ikan kering semata.
For me pantang adalah eat it right.
Dlm pantang iols makan sup herba cina +ikan bakar.
Air secukupnya (ms pantang sulung org kg x bg minum air, mcm nk mati rase bila :toilet break:)
Iols makan buah tp oren je.sbb itu je yg iols berani.
Minum kopi or milo.
Herba iols minum sepang kederang (ni i beli kt KT).
Kalau pantang yg betul,
X kacau lsg susu badan.
N u will get back ur shape.
N muka pun jd bersih berseri sbb mkn yg sihat2 je.
Nanti iols sbung lg eh

Ok i punya prinsip kurus biar berbentuk gitchewww
I makan nasi juga tp setiap kali makan sikit je xbyk dlm segenggam mcm tu
Air kosong minum at least 2L
Ais tolong kurang & hapuskan sb cara pembuatan ais tu yg buat korg gemuk (nanti iols elaborate or chuols boleh google je)
Malam i makan buah2 je tp if teringin nasi makan la sesuap 2
