Purchasing Administrator
[*]To coordinate and execute purchasing activities and supplier deliveries to meet company requirement
[*]To liaise / negotiate with suppliers for quotation, pricing, delivery schedule and all purchase order related matters
[*]To maintain accurate record of Delivery Order & monitor outstanding orders from suppliers and ensure all requisitions are met
[*]To oversee and follow up on the daily stock level movement for forecast purchases and stock relocate issue
[*]Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time
[*]Scanning, filing and administration of all purchase orders
[*]Stationery requests and raising of stationary purchase orders
[*]to ensure correct budget holders has signed them, raise orders, chase delivery with originator and book in
[*]Candidate must possess at least Diploma
[*]Able to communicate in English or Malay
[*]Able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
[*]Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and good time management
[*]Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
[*]No experience is required, training will be provided
[*]5 days work
[*]Must be able to work on shirts, weekends and public holidays
