Responsibilities
[*]Prepareemployee document such as contract, on-boarding documents, probationary letter,promotion letter, etc.


[*]       Recordsemployee annual leave and sick leave
[*]      Prepareand post job advert
[*]    Calculateworkers wages and overtime claims
[*]    Preparecheque for office and van salesman salary
[*]         Calculateand issue form for EPF, SOCSO, PCB Contribution Requirements

Requirements
[*]         Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher
[*]      Computer literate
[*]      Good attention to details
[*]   Able to communicate in English and Malay
[*]    Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and good time management
[*]    Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
[*]    Full time position, 9 - 6pm, Monday to Friday
