The main plot is set in 2004, when Norwegian detective, Harry Hole investigates a number of recent murders of women around Oslo. His experience of an earlier training course with the FBI leads him to search for links between the cases, and he finds two – each victim is a married mother and after each murder a snowman appears at the murder scene.On looking back through previous cold cases, Hole comes to realise that he is on the case of Norway's first official serial killer, as he discovers more women who have disappeared and are believed to have been abducted or murdered in a similar way. Almost all of the victims vanished after the first snowfall of winter and a snowman is found near the scene, this fact having been ignored by the original investigators.

trailer mcm best, tp kurang menarik sbb nampak jalan ceritanye mcm agak jelas kat situ...nampak seolah snowman ni target wife or family fesbender kot??
tambah pulak dah nampak snowman tu kan org bleh agak mungkin ade kepala org dlm tu?? , last2 tunjuk jgk kepala prempuan tu..so ilang scare horror factor kat situ..patut xyah reveal sgt..dlm trailer..
i rs trailer akan lebih menarik bile diedit x ikut turutan sgt..like make it look more like a puzzle..gittuw...so org akan lebih berminat nak tahu citer psl ape..

1- most likely the killer had an abusive/toxic relationship with his mother, sbb tu target victim die semua prempuan..
2- masa kecik..die xde kuasa or kekuatan nak lawan balik mak die..so hadap je penderaan semua..pendam2..& simpan all the hate..
3- as a boy/man semua ni is degrading to his manhood or dignity sbg sorg lelaki...
4- ade persamaan jgk dgn suami yg dera isteri...
5- or maybe the killer was a born sadis....

Wah menarik theory u. But this kind of thriller novel turn into movie, yg penting great cast. Michael Fassbender nih to me when he act tak bnyk expression. But there is something abt him tat is attractive. Sih Rebecca Ferguson nih makin laku. One movie after another, she is the new millenia actress. Btw ai suspect serial killer is Val Kilmer.

Dulu late 90s-2000 onwards memang banyak movie serial killer,psychological thriller. Most yg notable & till today if nonton balik memang best.

Silence of the lambs & then Hannibal etc, Seven, Zodiac, American psycho, Red Dragon, Identity, Kiss the girls...

Last time belom ada movie superhero sangat kan, my new faverit movie genre for now....LOL
Anyway for now, ai nak tengok movie kejam, bunuh2 tengok my strength kekadang tutup mata, mengalahkan tengok crita hantu pulak. ;P
