How to Make Cheesecake Pie Filling (Blueberry)

Baking Instructions:

To start off, just like most of the baking recipes, you will need a pre-heated oven at 425°F. Follow the instructions below to get a perfect bake-off:


[*]Put 1 cup of blueberry pie filling and half a teaspoon of lemon peel in a jar and shake them a little until mixed nicely and then pour the mixture into the crust. Put the rest of pie filling in a fridge for later use.
[*]Bake the crust with the mixture in it for 15 minutes in the oven.
[*]Pour the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat it until it gets light and fluffy. Part by part pour in and beat sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice and the remaining portion of lemon peel. At this stage add one egg at a time and mix properly. Pour the mixture gradually and slowly over the blueberry filling.
[*]At this stage, you will need to reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for another 25 minutes or until it gets set nicely.
[*]Take it out of the oven after checking it with hands and set it aside to cool off completely. After it cools off, chill it in a fridge.
[*]Pour the remaining chilled blueberry filling on top and serve it in required portions. Your delicious blueberry cheesecake pie is ready to be enjoyed.


Decorations and serving of the cheesecake pie depend on the nature of the event and also where it is supposed to be served.
