The film is based on the life of Barry Seal, a former TWA pilot who became a drug smuggler in the 1980s and was recruited later on by the DEA to provide intelligence. It is set to be released on September 29, 2017. This is the first film directed by Liman to be released by Universal Pictures since The Bourne Identity.

exactly sis .... iols mmg mobie goers ... kalo boley, nak jadi early bird to wutch the movie on the release day ....
kalo dalam minggu tu ada 2-3 new mobies released, iols leh wat mobie marathon ... wucthing mobie back to back on same day ...
kalo citer tersebut teramat best ... or kalo iols tak hadam sedangkan jalan citer teramat menarik, iols leh jer repeat balik nonton mobie tu on the folloiwng days ...

sebab bagi iols ... 7/10 is considered pretty high .... afterall ... iols, kalo bagi rating, iols lebey lenient as compared to other porumers..
might consider to wutch this mobie over the weekend this week...(depend kalo tak dok new mobie being released ... sebab since citer mummy, iols mmg dah kureng sikit ngan abam tom nih :lol:)

sis ... fyi ... wutching mobie is my escapism from my super busy hectic life ..
being in the cinema hall ... with dark and cold ambience ... sitting on the soft and comfot settee ... once the movie started, I can feel that my mind and my soul is being transferred to other life. I can feel that I being free from my real life for more than 1.5 hrs or more ...
It's actually a very good mind and feeling therapy for me to be stay positive and refresh myself to embrace what ever coming to my life ...

By the way, wutching mobie is a very good bonding time and kind of activity to get all the family members to get together ..

Citer ni ttg Captain Seal yg dah kebosanan dgn rutin hidup sebagai pilot airlines biasa, suatu hari tu ntah camner dia dpt offer dari CIA utk jadik pilot pengintip kat amerika selatan.
Waktu tu amerika selatan tgh diambang penguasaan komunis..
So CIA upah dia ni utk intip sarang penganas komunis, dan drop senjata utk puak pemberontak ni menentang kerajaan diaorg..
Satu hari tu ntah camne si tom cruise ni landing nak isik minyak, terus kena capture dgn tauke kartel dadah..
Dia kena paksa utk deliver dadah ke USA.
So skrg ni captain barry seal ni dah jadik double egent laa.. pejuang dan jugak pengkhianat negara..
Paling best bila satu hari tu dia kantoi dan kena tangkap dgn mcm2 agensi DEA, FBI, dll... senang2 je CIA lepaskan dia...

Wow interesting. Yup true story nih kalau digarapkan, after movie habis kita trus buat research membaca.
Good for our own knowledge. But not everyone kosa, macam kita.
Btw korang time first time ai tertengok trailer crita nih, abit skeptical to find out more & share. Esp Tom Cruise nih banyak critics suka judge his credibility as actor into certain characters.
Maksudnya bnyk yg doubt tat Tom Cruise boleh berlakon versatile. Especially since the recent "Mummy" bnyk yg bash or give negative reviews abt him.
Personally for me, ai minat Tom Cruise since zaman 'Top Gun', 'Rain Man','Interview with the Vampire' , 'Mission Impossible', 'Jerry Maguire', 'Magnolia', 'The last Samurai'...just to name a few
Cant believe almost all movie dia, ai dah tengok & follow up.
My faverit character of him is 'Jerry Maguire', 'Collateral', 'Valkryie'....
Therefore to me, he is one of the dedicated A* actors. Most roles altho tak banyak lari dari his personal traits, but all his acting makes one will stick to the screen just to watch him.
One of the different character yg weird Tom Cruise penah act is 'Tropic Thunder' crita gila nak mampos. semua actor lama & tak lama.
Ok my thots on Tom Cruise.
P/S: Dulu suka dia time dgn Nicole Kidman.

'Lord of War' ok ai take note, belom tengok lagi. ai watch 'catch me if u can' more than 10x, this movie is padahal quite sedih tapi the storyline & leonardo punya acting the best of the best. Notorious fames people made into movie ai seen is 'Johnie Brasco', 'Blow', 'Public Enemy'..hmm sorry mostly Johnny Depp. memang best, but typical gangster story. dah nonton mobie ni tgh hari tadi ....
you may love this movie or dislike it ...
