3,438 apartment units coming up in Bandar Tun Razak by Danau Lumayan

Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd will construct apartments in Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras for the developer, Danau Lumayan Sdn Bhd.

A total of 3,438 units are being planned by Danau Lumayan as part of a two-phase development.

The first phase entails the construction of a 43-storey structure with 922 units of Residensi Wilayah, while the second phase entails the construction of a further 2,516 units in two additional 52-storey towers.

Residensi Wilayah, previously known as Rumawip, is the government's affordable home scheme to assist lower- to middle-income groups to become first-time homebuyers.

Pesona Metro has been awarded a contract worth RM948.13 million by Danau Lumayan to construct the three structures.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, Pesona Metro said that the residential buildings will be accompanied by additional amenities, which include recreational space, swimming pool, and a gym.

The project, which started on February 13, will be completed in three years, it said.

Danau Lumayan began developing 102 acres of land in Bandar Tun Razak in June 2000 and to date, has completed roughly 3,000 units of apartments, condominiums, and shop lots, according to its website

Siapa lagi yg luluskan. 948 mill ni limit of approval dia takkan level2 kerani kah3..

Mmg idok la aku cari keje dkt kl, the least attractive place nowadays due to congestion and rampant natural disasters occurances.

Baik lepak aman2 dkt tmpt cantek2 and low density areas.. Mcm setia alam ke, rimbayu ke,gamuda cove ke..

area puchong ke cheras tatau la iols kalau lalu dari kajang ke ikea nun ada 2/3 kelompok kondo/apartment sejenis mcm hongkong style. giler byk building berkelompok saling mengadap
buka tgkap nmpk umah depan dah la jarak tak jauh mana. dari jauh pun nmpk padat. pagi2 jenuh jem

Sebelah Sekolah Sains Selangor. Dah la lokasi cantik, dekat dengan tasik dan stadium bola sepak Cheras. Diorang pergi luluskan projek high density macam tu.

Opposite tu diorang buat condo semi-D cantik, nasib la siapa yang beli condo seberang tu.

Area KL tu banyak je townships yang ok, kena pandai pilih lokasi dan projek. Area city I pun tak suka sebab rasa crowded sangat tapi outskirts ok la.

For me its not only residential considerations, the commute, the traffic and density of people whereby short distance travel sometimes can consume sev hours.
