Future Pocket features more than 200 drum and percussion loops and oneshots recorded by Los Angeles-based drummer and producer Efajemue. With a blend of jazz, hip hop, and electronic influences, Efajemue's versatile and expressive style delivers unique grooves that explore multiple directions simultaneously.

These beats, rich in soul and innovation, are influenced by pioneers like Knxwledge, Flying Lotus, Kaytranada, and Questlove. Efajemue, whose 2022 album "Aesthetics" earned a JUNO Award nomination, has shared stages with groundbreaking artists such as Moonchild, Kiefer, and Vidya Vox.

Featuring Istanbul Agop cymbals, Yamaha Drums, custom Stack Ring Percussion instruments, and a range of personal percussion pieces, this collection explores diverse rhythmic possibilities. Recorded in Los Angeles, CA, the drums and percussion were meticulously engineered by Efajemue himself.

To complement Efajemue's rhythmic explorations, the pack includes additional production and instrumental contributions from nu.wav’s Bryn Bliska and Simen Sez. These elements add distinctive harmonic progressions and eclectic sonic textures, merging analog and digital instrumentation seamlessly.
